I hired them to install a new roof. When they put on the shingles they used a lower grade shingle than what we contracted to have installed. When notified they only offered 800. discount, but I needed 135 mph shingles, not the 60 mph shingles here in south Florida. They also did damage to my fence, above ground pool, siding got scrapes and pulled off some siding to attach roof but left a gap. When I brought these items to their attention all they said was we did not know about it. Did not offer any restitution or fix anything but the gap in siding with some caulk.

Hired Aastro Roofing to repair my S-tile roof on a 3-story townhome. They came on-site quickly and did an estimate. Of three different roofers, these were the only ones that went into my attic and on top of the roof to evaluate the roof damage for the estimate and prior to doing any work. They spent almost an entire day performing the repairs, and our roof is finally water tight -- no more leaks!

They made it painless to repair a leaking roof. Very professional and courteous.

Our experience with Aastro was superb from start to finish. We had leaks in our roof over the entrance and garage areas. We received 5 estimates and Aastro was the most professional and impressive. Darrin arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed estimate, with pictures and a breakdown of work. Upon selecting them as our contractor, we got an appointment for the repair within a week. They called the day before to reconfirm and the repair crew (Andy and Oscar) arrived within the specified time. The two guys were fabulous! They were efficient, skilled in roofing repairs, explained everything in detail, incredibly neat and cleaned up thoroughly. We received our bill via email within a day, again with several pictures recording the work done as well as confirming the estimate as the final price. No surprises! We were able to choose our preferred method of payment, debit/credit, direct withdrawal through Quikbooks. We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend Aastro for any roofing job.

Bob, the owner from Aastro, was professional, timely, responsive, respectful and courteous as could be. His assessment of the situation clearly demonstrated his expertise and he couldn’t have been more fair cost-wise with his quote to complete the repair effort. Not only would I recommend using Aastro, but next year when I replace my roof there is no doubt that Aastro will be doing the replacement. I was actually short a couple of tiles for this current repair and he said no problem and is furnishing a couple at no extra cost. He is a great ambassador for Home Advisors and the contract professional one is confident they can trust with their home. HA is 2 for 2 with having top notch professionals complete repair efforts for my home. Kudos to both Aastro and Home Advisors.

Had a drip coming from the ceiling of my enclosed patio so I reached out to Aastro Roofing. Bob Thompson came out - on time, very professional, very knowledgeable. Checked out the roof, took pics for me and explained to me what was going on was minor and took care of it right away, assuring me that everything was good. Honest Guy, honest company. I would highly recommend them Bob Thompson and Aastro roofing.
