They were great on front end with the estimate and coming to do the work. However, I have asked them several times to send me pictures of the work(bc I was not home when they did it) and they haven't returned my call or emails. Very unprofessional. ****I am adding this on to the review because they have since called and emailed me to express great concern over this. I have much respect for that and I will chalk it up to anomaly. Review will not have 4.5 stars.

Aastro is the ultimate professional roofing company. They went out of their way to reschedule me before predicted rain could have done additional damage because of my roof leak. The work done was very high quality, thorough, and reasonably priced. I was given choices as to pricing based on guarantee length and superiority of material, which I appreciated. They were extremely customer care conscious and very responsive with customer communication. I would highly recommend Aastro. Truly a great company to deal with in every way possible.

Responded quickly to my request for an appointment. Completed work as soon as they arrived. Roof looks great can't tell where the damage was. Very knowledgeable about roofing.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I want a bit of time to make sure the problem was resolved 100%. Other than that, they were prompt, finished the job quickly and they beat the competition's price. Well run company.

They respected my property and my landscaping. They worked tirelessly and without interruption, except for a lunch break, and arrived back from their lunch on time, ready to pick up right where they'd left off. And they fully cleaned up any of the debris that the removal of my old roof had caused. I couldn't have asked for better or more qualified service.

I originally rated this company 5 stars as they had done 2 jobs for me, tho pricey, their work was good. In 18 my neighbor contacted them again on getting both of wood shakes redone completely. The quote was completely outlandish and I tried to contact Ron or Jason as I had direct dealings with them both previously. Neither got back to me, just the same guy who quoted the job the first time! Then recently I put a job out on HomeAdvisor again for shake repairs. The Secy for Aastro called responding to job but nobody every got in touch with me. It seems like Aastro has gotten bigger, but not better.
