Of the 4 contractors that came out to give me an estimate, Walter from Pro Roofing was the only one that had an indepth presentation binder that showed me step by step in picturs what they were going to do when they replaced my roof. He also gave me the best quote that was all inclusive of my pitch and flat roof, gutters, upgraded architectual shingles and 2 pieces of plywood were included. They finished the job in 2 days, everyone else told me 3 days and they cleaned up and took everything away. They also cut away the tree branches that were too close to the roof at no extra charge which I thought I would have to bring in a tree man to do.

I�m very pleased with the work done from All pro-roofing. We had a couple of hiccups here and there, but they ensured they complied with every request I made. I strongly encourage everyone to do their due diligence and educate themselves on materials and the correct way of material installation. ALSO!!!! Make sure you�re there when they are installing your roof; this will take care of any discrepancies between the sales man (what they promised vs. actual) and the actual installation.

From my initial meeting with Walter, to my final inspection with Zeek, I was very impressed with their professionalism ! Santiago was the on site supervisor and was just that, on site for the entire project. The roofers were knowledgable and very...very determined to do a first class job, and this was a FIRST CLASS JOB ! Everyone involved in my project made me feel as though I was their only customer ! I was encouraged to go on the roof and watch the job progress...and I did. It was a pleasure doing business with this honest and professional organization, and will contiue to recommend Pro Roofing to my family and friends !!

They were very quick and extremely professional. The roof looks terrific. It did rain pretty heavily, shortly after it was finished. We have no leaks whatsoever. They finished all work to our complete satisfaction, before they would receive payment. Absolutely the best company I ever had working on my house. I was very pleased with Walter because I didn't have to ask any questions. Why, because he had everything at hand. Samples and a notebook with license information and pictures of prior work. After he walked the roof he was honest enough to tell me I really didn't have to reroof my home and that I could wait a few more years. I was given a honest quote because I compared Pro Roofing with several other roofing companies and the price was within my set budget. Quality of the work looks great and the clean up was perfect.

Replaced old skylight. New one is quiet & clear... love it! Replaced roof with better product & more wood than competitors offered with NO EXTRA WOOD CHARGE, & were most reasonably priced. Better warranty too. Excellent presentation and great follow-through. Accomodated my specific requests. Building inspector also knew they did quality work. NOTE: Homeowner should check screen enclosure and patio for any missed debris and let workers redo clean up then and there if necessary. They want satisfied customers.... No payment due until homeowner is satisfied.

They were courteous and friendly. They worked with us extensively and we always were kept up to speed on the status of our roof. The roof came out wonderful as did the skylights and solar tunnel.

I just was not happy with the job. It was rush so they took shortcuts.
