From Marisol, taking care of all the paperwork needed with the HOA and city permits to the installers that did a great job. The materials are strong and sturdy; my condo is ready for Hurricane season.

Terrible experience ? avoid Locktigh at all costs I deeply regret hiring Locktigh. From the beginning, the experience has been a nightmare. They took much longer than agreed to install the windows after signing the contract. When installation finally began, it was a complete disaster ? they damaged the alarm system, ruined parts of the garden, and showed a total lack of professionalism. The financing department is the worst ? rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. To make things worse, they failed city inspections over three times, which even surprised the inspectors themselves due to the basic mistakes the company was making. After months of waiting for the final inspections to pass, they needed to replace parts, which took over two additional months to arrive. Now, almost a year after signing the contract, the company has still not finished the remaining work. They showed up one day, promised to come back the next ? and never did. After several calls, they finally sent a confirmation

I hired Lock Tight to install all new hurricane windows and hurricane doors in my home. Their prices were extremely fair and the workmanship pwas excellent. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

LockTight was a pleasure to deal with. From the salesperson thru all the paperwork for the condo board review and the permitting process it was extremely smooth. Scheduling was a breeze and the install crew arrived on the job as planned and replaced 9 windows and a sliding door in one day. Install was perfect and the product, ES windows, looks fantastic.
