Recently had 13 LockTight Impact Windows installed. A crew of 5 showed up around 9 am, and 8 hours later all our new windows were installed without any flaws. The quality of the windows look as good as advertised. They were very courteous and professional. They did a good job sealing the area where they worked and the dust left behind was manageable. You can’t expect to be dust free when you have every window in your home replaced.

LockTight took care of all the paperwork and permits for the HOA. Once the work started, it was complete in 3 days. They took great care to minimize the dust in the house. Windows and doors look great! Would highly recommend.

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Locktight regarding the work done on my house. The project was completed on March 15th, and my troubles began almost immediately when I discovered a noticeable scratch on my brand-new front door. After requesting a repair, it took over three months to receive the replacement part. During this time, communication from the company was appallingly lacking. I felt completely ignored, as I had to constantly reach out for updates with very little response. When the part finally arrived today, June 17th, I was then informed that I would need to wait an additional two weeks for the installation crew. It’s baffling how I could be pushed to the back of the list after waiting for three months for a simple repair. The assigned Project Manager was virtually non-existent, failing to communicate with me throughout the entire process. Additionally, I encountered rudeness from the customer support staff, which only added to my frustration.

I was recently mandated by my HOA to upgrade the windows in my townhouse to impact resistant quality. I heard an advertisement on my favorite sports radio channel and quickly wrote down the phone number. From the initial call to the actual installation everything was professional and the company worked fast and diligently, handling all the necessary requirements from my HOA as well as the city requirement. Staff was pleasant, and time, and I am more than happy I went with LockTight Impact.

I have been haunted by many companies offering window installations but i choose to use locktight not only quick but also very efficient. They follow through with calls every step of the way. Replacement of 20 windows/door with impact rated Overall satisfaction: 3/5 While I'm pleased with the installation and the product itself, some issues impacted my satisfaction. Delivery and logistics: 2/5 Some materials arrived late and incorrect, delaying the commissioning. There was a lack of ownership from Locktight to follow up on the delivery process. Despite multiple visits for measurements, the main door arrived with the wrong opening range direction, and one of the largest windows was installed two months after the first installation. A truck with a 12-foot container of 20 windows arrived on Friday to offload when the installation was planned for Monday, but there was no space to store the materials, and they had to be held. I could not get a clear idea of the status of the non-received materials until two months after the installation, preventing from scheduling the final inspection, and that resulted into a violation notice by the community. On-site project management: 4.5/5 The execution went smoothly, with nearly 20 windows and doors replaced within three days. The workers made efforts to cover everything surrounding the area to protect from dust, although major cleaning was still necessary afterward. At least one person could speak English and communicate efficiently, and the on-site workers were polite and respectful. Product quality: 4/5 The materials come from Colombia, and so far, there have been no concerns. However, the latches have an uncommon arrangement, especially the casement window type, which is difficult to open. Customer service: 2.5/5 While I was able to reach customer service easily every time I called, I did not receive specific answers about the back orders for several weeks. When I asked to escalate the issue to the managers, I did not receive an immediate response or follow-up until days after the request. Cost: 3/5 among the three quotes I collected for the job Locktight cost was the one in the middle. Note: Locktight will claim to handle all the paperwork for HOA permit, but many associations do not allow third parties to work directly with them, which was my case, and resulted into administrative efforts.

Locktight provided and excellent and fast service, professional installation and they offer competitive prices, very happy with the final product.
