Very professional staff. A/C technician was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Josue was our technician and he took the time to thoroughly explain my a/c issues. The advice he gave us implies he is an honest individual who cares for customers.

Came out on Saturday and said the condensor fan motor had seized. Had to wait till Monday to get a Trane motor. Service guy estimated cost was going to be $300 to $400. Came back on Monday and said sorry but the cost is $ 500. +. I asked what was the cost for the motor and what was the labor cost? The service guy said they are not allowed to break it down. Bottom line $598. was the charge, take it or leave it. I wanted AC, so I took it. 3/26, I get an email invoice, and to add insult to injury, it states the Quote was $731.00 less 20% Off. I was never quoted $731. What a bunch of bull. Too bad they give great service, but are very unprofessional in their behavior. They probably won't quote the cost of the motor because it would demonstrate how outrageous there labor charges are.

He is outstanding. Not only is he thorough but goes beyond to demonstrate and explain the necessary steps to make sure your A/C unit is running efficiently. He is courteous, friendly and professional and we would gladly request his services for future maintenance calls.

We have used AAA Modern Air since 2008 when they installed our current unit. We purchased the yearly maintenance plan, and we have been pleased with their prompt service. We did have an after 5:00 emergency last year in the dead of summer, and without hesitation, they were there by 7:00, and we were cool within minutes. They have be reliable, economical, and professional at all times. I highly recommend them. Earlier this year I needed a large issue to be taken care of (that had existed in my home prior to me), and I did a cost compare to remedy the situation. A "big named" company (big advertiser) gave me a quote 5X greater than AAA Modern Air. Yes, this company used their "fancy jargon, and high tech explanations, but at the end of the day, AAA Modern Air explained it in simple to understand terms, and got the job done in just a few hours. Often times "bigger" is not best, and often times 5x more expensive. I have recommended them to neighbors, and colleagues, and I will continue to do so. You're the best!!!!

Out of the blue, our AC unit quit working. We bought the property new 4 years ago and this is the second time we have had a problem with the AC. We are snowbirds and only live here half of the year so the unit has only 2 years worth of use on it. We called on a Thursday, after hours and were surprised to have a real person answer the phone. She took a message and said someone would call us the next morning. They called at 7:30 and set the appointment up for that day between 1 and 5:00. We were told that someone would call us when the Technician was on the way. We got a call around 1:00 and they said the Tech would be here in about 40 minutes. 40 minutes later he was knocking on the front door. He came in and asked my Husband what the problem was and then checked on the unit and determined it was the blower motor. The same exact problem we had a year and a few months ago. This was unsettling to say the least but what could we do. We had to have AC. He (Bob Ford) said these particular blower motors break very easily and suggested that we get a new AC unit which would have a 10 year warranty on it. Or, we could pay the $1100 for a new motor. Not wanting to spend several thousand on a brand new unit when ours is only 2 years old, we opted once again to replace the motor - and it was out of warranty. It is disturbing that we have had to replace this motor twice now and spend big bucks on something that is relatively new. Anyway, Bob was great - very professional, friendly, answered all of our questions and worked quickly. Hopefully, this motor will last longer then the other two but if we have problems in the future we will definitely call AAA Modern Air and we will ask for Bob. We were able to use a coupon from their website and got 10% off. The reason I gave them a "B" on the price had nothing to do with anything other then the fact that I wasn't happy about having to spend $1000 on replacing the same part for the second time.

My A/C was not running right as I said he told me what the problem was, then he showed me how the water wasn't flowing right. He walked me through the problem, & fixed it. He fixed the problem right away. I was shocked at the price it was more than reasonable. I also got 10% of for using Angies List. I would recommend the company highly. I was again VERY PLEASED.

He was very knowledgeable and able to get everything fixed quickly. He did an excellent job! He couldn't have done anything better, I'd give A's across the board.

They were very good. They worked with me. They provided a 0% interest which was a big help to work with my budget.

I requested that FP&L conduct an air duct survey on my home. The surveyor spent some time and explained in detail what needed to be done, and gave me a $146.00 credit toward the repairs. Aimed with that knowledge I started getting estimates from providers on Angie's List, and checking the top ones through the Better Business Bureau. I contacted six companies and left messages with three that never called back. Of the three that responded, one was extremely high ($760.00) and the second was extremely low ($225) and stipulated that the price could go higher after they came out to do the work. They were given the codes provided by the FP &L surveyor, who did a very thorough job, so they should have been able to give an appropriate estimate. The person who answered the phone for AAA Modern Air told me that the estimator would call me back to set an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. They were the only company that said they would come out to do the estimate, which I found to be professional. Angelo called me back the same day and we set an appointment for him to come out to do the review. He went into the attic with the paperwork provided by FP&L then came back with an estimate of $425.00. He said they would deduct the FP&L credit, and the total cost to me was $279.00. We set an appointment for his team to come out and do the repairs. Angelo showed up with his two employees on time and they went over what needed to be done then started immediately. They cleaned all of the interior vents after doing the repairs. I was very impressed that everything was done efficiently and there were no other surprise issues. As the months went by I could see noticeable results in my electric bills. My bill at the time was $212.00 and two months after the repair it went down to $110.00, with the same usage. What a bargain! Thank you AAA Modern Air!

I called AAA Modern Air earlier today and arranged for an appointment later in the day, which was important since my elderly Mother had been without AC service over the weekend. The appointment setter was polite and professional over the phone. That is always an encouraging sign. The AC Tech. Frank, arrived on time (within the appointment time frame) and called me once he had diagnosed the problems. He outlined the pricing, which I agreed to, and I also elected to have the system tuned up, since it hadn't been done in a while. Frank called me again when he completed the work to review the charges and discuss the details. We were very satisfied with the work and level of service and responsiveness on the part of the Technician and appointment setter. AAA Modern Air is clearly a professional and reputable company.

Lead Technician was Josh Kressin and he did an excellent job. Worked very effeciently.Handled several unexpected aspects innovativly. Finished job was neat and no unsightly aesthetic elements left unaddressed. A good, quick professional job. Very timely response to initial service call and when decision made to replace unit, replacement unit was procurred and installation started almost immediatly.

AAA Modern was recommended to me several years ago by a co-worker, who was a former AC contractor and inspector. I was told that AAA Modern's owner was a man of integrity and that his staff were all trained and highly competent. My first experience with this company occurred approximately 5 years ago and included replacing my 14 year old, worn out central air conditioning system; followed by two warranty repairs; most recently on January 9 of this year, 2014. Each time they conducted themselves with total professionalism. I like to ask questions and find service calls a great opportunity to learn about my home from professionals whether roofing, electrical, plumbing, ac, etc. It is not only an opportunity to learn about the systems in your home, but also get a feel for the people providing the service. AAA Modern's staff were very helpful and patiently provided answers to all of my inquiries. They also provided a 4 hour estimated time of arrival and called a 1/2 hour before the mechanic arrived at my house. They were thorough in their diagnostics, while providing the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. The day after the service was completed, they called to verify my satisfaction with their service. Both office staff and field mechanics were clearly focused on delivering a high level of service. I highly recommend them for any ac work.

AAA Modern Air first came out to inspect my old unit, which was leaking refrigerant and causing my electric bills to skyrocket. I had them provide me with quotes for several different units. I received a fair quote with a complete breakdown of discounts and rebates that would be applied. All model numbers were included in the quotes. Once a date was set for installation, their installers showed up on time and had the job completed the same day. They left everything exactly as they found it and cleaned up all debris. They contacted me the beginning of the following week to arrange an inspection, and arranged for the inspection to take place the following morning. When the inspector came he was surprised at how quickly they had arranged the inspection, indicating that some installers take their time before submitting the paperwork to arrange for an inspection. He was also impressed with the clean and neat job they did. It has been too cool outside to really use the new A/C unit yet, so I can't rate them on issues relating to performance and functioning yet, but so far I'm very impressed. I checked them out on both BBB and Angie's List before deciding to use them for the installation, but I'm glad that I did, and so far I am happy with everything. I checked out one of the other installers that I received a quote from, and their BBB report was full of complaints. I have absolutely no complaints about the service I received, and can only commend them on a clean and professional job.

They were very nice from the time they arrived till the time they left. They included the fix in the service fee. They were very efficient and very courteous.

From the beginning to end, the process has been very easy. Hans came out and provided us with a quote. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He took time to answer and questions we had. The install was scheduled after the permit process was complete and the work was good. There were 2 minor problems that were not really anyone's fault but they were quickly addressed. I appreciated the prompt response from AAA Modern Air. I would highly recommend.

The appointment was easy to make online. Andree arrived on time and is friendly and professional. He checks inside and outside parts of the AC system and everything is left clean and tidy.
