I was very, very happy with them. The whole process was good. It took them a little while to get the estimate back to me, but they were very responsive. Anytime I called, they got back to me. They had the best price, out of three or four companies that I got quotes from. The installation process was fantastic. The people that came and did the work were professional and got the job done. They knew what they were doing. Everything was done top-notch. We had a little issue and they fixed us without any problem. They came out and took care of it free without any issues. They've been good to work with.

They did exactly what they said needed to be done. Excellent work.

He complained about the company he works for. He was very disgruntled. Not a pleasent experience and not sure what I paid for. Now I have to look for a new AC company.

After 12 years, my wife and I knew that our AC system was on its last legs. The maintenance and repair costs were starting to get out of hand, and we felt that it was the right time to bite the bullet and have the system replaced. We called several companies out to our home, the largest company in the area, and two companies that we found on Angie?s List, including AAA Modern Air Conditioning. What we liked about AAA was that they were by far and away the most professional company we met with. Unlike the other two companies, Hans (our salesperson) arrived to our home on-time, and then took time to discuss what they would do as part of the job, and he also provided us with an extremely impressive folder which detailed the history of the company, what was included, and their main points of difference. He even was able to answer the barrage of questions from my wife and I, no matter how silly they might have been. From the very beginning he went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable about our decision. But what really made our choice simple was their service, and warranty. Every company we dealt with quoted us a similar unit, with a 1 year labor warranty. AAA Modern offered a warranty that was 2 full years, and also included 12 months of free air filters for the new system. More than that, we felt that their price was the most reasonable - nearly $800 less expensive than ?the largest company in the area?, with a better warranty and the filters. After we signed our contract, they scheduled their installers to come to our home to put the new unit in on a Saturday morning. Jose & Mike (our installers) were actually EARLY, and took the time to cover the carpet and wood inside our home with drop cloths to protect the floors. They were quick, and extremely efficient - completing the entire job in just about 5 hours. Before they left, Jose asked for our vacuum, and cleaned the carpet under the drop cloth (leaving my house cleaner than before they arrived)! He also took the time to explain how our new thermostat worked, and walked us through the process of programming it. Just about a week after the installation, our city code enforcement visited to inspect the job sign off on the work done. We live in a town known for having a very strict code enforcement division, but all he could do was compliment the work that was done! A testament to AAA Modern?s expertise. To say that we are happy with AAA Modern Air would be an understatement. The unit runs better than we could have imagined, and the service exceeded our expectations. Not only that, but our latest electric bill is 20% lower than before because of the efficient system that Hans recommended. If you are thinking about replacing your AC unit, definitely give them a call!

Excellent service from start to finish! Very prompt. Very impressed! Diagnosed issue on Thursday and they were able to do the entire job on Saturday. If not for severe thunderstorms they would have been able to do it on Friday. The tech Bob Ford who came out to diagnose the problem was terrific. He took great care in explaining everything to me and went over and above to set things up to work within my schedule. The 2 tech's that did the job on Saturday were also very professional. Very impressed. They took great care, explained the process and about how long the job would take. Once completed they cleaned every thing up as well. Modern air should be proud of their associates. The woman that I spoke with ( I apologize for forgetting her name) was also extremely professional and helpful with setting up the original appt and working within my schedule. Will definitely continue to utilize their services as well as recommend them!!!

The AAA Modern Air technician said the A/C unit was obviously old and the heat and cold transfer was not working properly. Since I wanted to buy some time to replace it because I had to have my roof replaced just a few days ago, he told me he could manipulate a little the contents of freon in the cooling system, and that this would make a difference for the time being. He spent some time doing some coil cleaning, insulating an exterior pipe that had lost the original insulation and adding some refrigerant to the system. In a few minutes I coul feel the difference, and in a few hours the air conditioning was working like before, making it much more comfortable for us to stay in the house.

Frank is an excellent technician and AA has excelled at customer service since the installation of our unit 10 years ago to every maintenance call since then. Very good company.

Friendly responsive service from the first call I made. Followed up right away as promised. Showed up within a reasonable time. Josue arrived, he was friendly and diagnosed the problem right away. He was careful and thoughtful in his execution of the repair. I would absolutely use AAA Modern again.

I swear by this company, they have serviced and replaced both of my a/c units. They have also corrected my drain lines and plenum spaces to make them run more efficiently and clean. Whenever they have been at my house they have been professional and clean. They always charge a reasonable rate and are dependable. They are a Rheem dealer so they can get almost any Rheem part really quick. I would definitely recommend these guys, I tried air around the clock once and these guys blow them away.

We've used them several times in the past and very pleased with the work. They are on-time for appointments and explain any corrective action necessary. We purchased a preventative maintenance package that gives us a discount on future repairs if necessary

Everything went very well from the day before that we contacted the company on a Sunday. Since it was off hours, they charged a $125 fee, which I had to pay, even though they were not able to fix the problem because they did not have the faulty part. The tech indicated that they needed to check with the company that manufactured the compressor to verify if the warranty covered it. He indicated that they would call the next morning and let us know. They called the next morning, as promised, to inform that the part was on warranty and that they would be able to come during the day to install the new compressor. I was traveling that day, so were on the way to the airport when they called. However, my husband was home during the afternoon and the tech was able to do the job then. They were very professional. They called the next day to make sure that everything was working and to ask if I had received the invoice by email. I was very satisfied with the work. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I highly recommend this company. I will certainly use them again in anything related to AC services.

They do a maintenance for us twice as well and I have had them for years. They did a really good job.

Josue came within the window I was given. He was friendly and answered the many questions I had about the system. He checked both inside and outside. I feel better knowing that the AC has been checked before our long hot summer.

Outstanding. Technician was here on time. Went right to work and completed service efficiently and promptly. Because my annual maintenance agreement was almost up, I signed up for another year.

Problem only required flushing line which was completed at no charge due to a maintenance agreement. With every dealing the company has been responsive, courteous, professional, and honest.

I called the service provider at 1130a. The AC unit as leaking water, and alot of it. They said they would send someone between 12p and 5p. I woul'dve preferred a more narrow time frame, but this is my only gripe. Bob arrived at about 3pm. He was professional and courteous. He identified the problem quickly and replaced the fail safe switch which well, failed. He also flushed out the unit. I would hire, and ask for Bob again.

Bryant system installed June 2013, they arrived on time, were very professional, and replaced central a/c system quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Condensation drip began on air handler, as factory had not removed a coating on the coils. AAA Modern came back several times and cleaned the coils, but slight drip persisted. They insisted on returning, then disassembled the unit, scrubbed it repeatedly, then re-installed it. Problem solved. Almost a year later they returned for follow up inspection (no additional cost). They vacuumed air handler, replaced filter, and took test readings. All's well! I have recommended AAA Modern to two other people, one listened to me and was happy with them. A real pleasure to find an honest, punctual, professional company that cares about their work and their customers.

I called at 7:30 Friday night. Employee answered phone and said hold. Waited for 5 minutes and then a answering service came on. I told her I was waiting for the guy who answered the call and I was told their closed and asked for my info. This was rude to push my call to the service. Won't call again.

Everything went great. Frank is an excellent serviceman. He arrived on time and checked out everything he was supposed to and cleaned up after himself...even swept behind my clothes dryer, which had to be moved to servic a/c. Highly recommend.

i called because of a terrible sound in the compressor. they fit me in before noon on the same day i called. Jed said it was not the compressor but a motor in the external unit. he said there was excessive freon and the motor heated up. he tool care of that, and then did a complete maintenance check. it has worked fine ever since.

not good. I called at 8:30 am in the morning and explained my issue and was told that it would be $65 for someone to come out between 1-5 pm. I called at 4:30pm becouse I had not heard anything and for there after hours service. I was then called back and asked if the tech had called me I told them no and he explained if I was on the schedule someone would show up. no one ever called or showed up. I wasted a day at my house waiting its really a shame becouse all of the other reviews were positive.

I have never dealt with a service supplier that was as honest, and professional as AAA AIR
