Arrived at my house a few hours after a tornado touched down and damage my roof. I asked for emergency service and Wayne was here within two hours.

Originally, we scheduled a week out but with all the rain, it was very trying to watch the wall failing. I called to explain the issue and Wayne was so kind as to arrange next day service. Outstanding. Prompt, and courteous. They took the situation seriously, diagnosed the problem quickly. They put in a temporary solution on the spot (tarp) until they could fit us into their schedule. The work was completed on time and within the estimate. Just tremendous service all around.

Great quality family business. I liked the straight forward no dancing around with pricing, my opinion is that if the company is subcontractoring there a mark up where there should be no need. Before hireing them they took a good amount of time investigating on all the problems that needed to be repaired. took the time I needed to understand plus showing problem with a pics and follow up with the pics of the repairs.

Roofing RX was hired to repair my mothers roof. They said they could replace the shingles and would try to match the color. They replaced the shingles but the color does not match the original roof not even close. Seems like they used left over shingles from another project. Contacted Roofing RX many times to replace the shingles with shingles to match the color. So far they have not replaced the shingles. I would not recommend Roofing RX.
