I first called several mobile RV repair techs. Mr. Thompson was the most responsive and he was the only one that would call my extended warranty company. He was responsive to the call and negotiated the best deal for me with the company. The pump was hidden in the worst place, so a lot of disassembly of the water control compartment was required. He ordered the parts required and in a few days contacted us that the parts arrived and notified us that he could come and replace the pump. It is great to deal with a professional that knows his business. His no nonsense approach was refreshing and I felt from the initial visit that he would get it done. The prices were fair and I am always pleased to pay for outstanding service. Total cost including pump parts was $436. Warranty almost half of the cost. Final paid to Mr Thompson was $222. We are in S. Florida often and if I have any RV issues, I will not hesitate to call RV Master, Mr Thompson.

He did not return phone calls, we waited out here in the sun for at least 4 different occasions. He would promise times, and not show up. He wouldn't answer phone calls, then would call at 10pm. He was unreliable, and he was disrespectful. I would never recommend him to anybody. I would tell people who travel to be careful to who they choose who they hire, and to exact the price. He took our contract then added additional charges way above that.

I called this morning, he was out in two hours and made the repair ... i lov this guy!
