I recently hired Richard and his team at Albatross Construction to resurface my pool, redo the pool tile, and build a pergola. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Richard was prompt, communicative, and always arrived exactly when he promised. The prices were extremely affordable, making the high-quality work even more impressive. My pool looks stunning, and the pergola is now the perfect addition to my backyard. This is not a paid review - I would not hesitate to hire Richard again. He is quick, professional, honest, helpful. Work was done to a great standard. Happy to have anyone visit my property to check it out. We have since completed an full equipment change and added a heater. Thoroughly recommend him! Hard to find people like this - btw I never post reviews!

I always get 4 bids for my major projects. Rich came in at a fair price and I liked the thought of the owner coming out for the evaluation as well as the fact that he would be present during the construction. We had our pool resurfaced, new coping, new skimmer and a shelf for in water lounges and an umbrella. In addition, Richâ s team fixed my travertine deck that was sinking. Rich went above and beyond multiple times, even to the point of replacing a piece of my PVC fence that our landscaper broke. Itâ s only a few days since the job was completed so we wonâ t know for a month during our fire up service how the pool will ultimately look, but after only 3 days, itâ s looking beautiful. As for the pavers, Rich provided a fair warranty just in case any of them sink, which I do not expect to happen based on the footer that they put down. I would highly recommend Albatross Construction for all of your pool and paver needs.

Richie and his team were amazing, very professional,punctual and reasonable. The pool and deck turned out amazing.

Albatross was hired to repair a very problematic pool that multiple other contractors had bailed on mid-project due to their inability to handle it. Albatross had many of the same difficulties the others did, but they were able to complete the job. I also had them replace the patio and pool deck as part of the job. There were some minor things that weren't discussed prior to project start that had to be adjusted mid-project, but they were very accommodating and addressed them. Some minor nitpicks here and there, but there will always be some, and overall I'm happy with the job.

This was the best contractor Iâ ve hired to date for any home Reno project Iâ ve done- and believe me- Iâ ve done quite a few. The work was quick and flawless and they had the best pricing in broward. Iâ m extremely impressed & very happy with the job.

Just recently had my pool and patio refinished. We added new pavers, removed existing coping, resurface pool, extended existing enclosure, knock down walls, and covered the 80s waterfall. All in less than 10 days or so. Couldn't have imagined how beautiful the finished product is today!!!! My patio looks like a pic in a brochure!! Wish I can share pics!! Thanks to Rich and his entire team!!!!!

We had a pretty extensive pool remodel, changed from coping to a vanishing edge, new skimmer, new plaster, new deck jets, new color led lighting, sandblasted marble decking, replaced two water spitters, added a salt system, and had water lines buried under the deck, along with adding new hot and cold water lines for future outdoor shower. I had three other quotes and chose Richard because he provided a sense of trust with his knowledge, he offered for me to see his current work, and he worked with me when I kept adding things. Now that the project is almost over (just a few more weeks of pool start up) I will say we made the right choice. Richard is easy to work with, does what he says he will do, and is timely. The remodel is beautiful!

Richard and his crew made several suggestions that greatly enhanced our pool and deck remodel. The final product was a spectacular upgrade of our existing area. They were efficient and everyone on the crew knew what quality meant. We are very pleased with the quality of the experience.
