We knew we needed a new A/C unit. For years we were trying to do quick fixes to our unit and at the end on 2014 the unit just about had it and was making an awful sound. We had put this large purchase off for awhile. Our budget is very limited and it is difficult for us to come up with this type of money but we needed to get the house cool. Wally DeArellia was recommended to us by a friend and said he would be fair. When Wally came out to give us a quote he was extremely fair with the price. He was very personable and professional. He had worked for one of the larger A/C companies for many years and had decided to open his own company. He was honest with us and told me the cheaper unit would work just as well as the more expensive one. I took his advice and the unit is working beautifully. I have a home office now and I meet clients at my house so it was very important that my system worked well. There have been times I have texted Wally on how to use the thermostat and he has been quick in responding to me. I am glad I went with him and he will be doing any services on my A/C unit. I feel I can trust him and he seems to have a very good work ethic.
