It was very good. I have a protection plan, and it didn't cost us anything. It was like we had a storm, and not only did they took the call and was here the next day.They were perfect. Just that not only did the gentlemen prompt, he knew what he was doing. He got the job done in an timely manner. He cleaned up any problems he created. He was extremely cordial.

It was not under warranty. We purchased a home warranty through them. We're paying monthly for that home warranty and they refused to make the repair. Unfortunately, I will have to use them again and I'm not happy with this. I have a front loading washing and a sock got stuck between the wheel that spins and the washer itself. Because the washer is still running, they won't go in and fix it. I have to wait for the washer to actually break because of the sock for them to fix it. They charged me $75 to come out and tell me that. The technician submitted it to repair and we told if it was ok to repair, they'd reach out. They never reached out again. His gut was that it was not repairable.

We purchased a new Kenmore gas grill approx. four months ago. Good thing we spent the extra $150.00 for the extended warranty!! Most but not all of the grill is stainless steel. Within three months we saw that many of the stainless steel parts were rusting. Sears sent a tech out to the house, and he made a list of all the parts to be replaced under the extended warranty, and said the parts would be shipped to our home in a couple of days. We waited over w week without any parts being delivered. We called and they said the parts were on back order. Over the next week 5 different boxes of parts were delivered, and the tech returned to install the pieces. Sadly after he left, we noticed a large screw on the side that was quite rusty, another trim piece that was rusty and not replaced, and that the stainless steel tube under the grill that sends the propane gas to the side burner is also rusting. Guess we get to spend more time on the phone and waiting for parts to be delivered.

My experience was horrible. I lost a crystal by the number 9. I went in and they said they did not have that size stone in stock, they had to order, said come back in one week. Went back a week later, stone did not come in. They gave me a temporary stone until another week passed. My size stone again was not ordered. They ended up leaving that honker stone in there and it is way larger than the rest and LOOKS TACKY! I paid a lot of money for that watch! They also got glue all of the case.

Description of Work: When I picked up the watch, it seemed to work fine. Within 3days it was broken again. When I took it back they wanted to charge me again!! It was the same problem. Why should I be charged again. The girl at the counter was rude and condescending.
