The process was easy and the outcome was beautiful.

Excellent service! I had to trim a sheet of glass to fit in a hatbox. Staff was EXTREMELY helpfull and quickly helped. I recommend this company to anyone looking for honest service at a fair price. Not too many companies out there provide service like this!!! A+++

The craftsmanship and attention to detail is phenomenal. I had a couple of friends come over this evening and could not believe they were posters. They thought they were framed prints. This is my second time working with Susan (Frameworx). The end product always exceeds my expectations. I am always so very excited to pick up the end product because it is simply phenomenal. Susan is the best I have ever seen in her creativity, selection of frames, matting and overall finished product. EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE!!!

First of all Susan's customer service is phenomenal, she made me feel welcome and was patient and diligent in selecting the frame, the matting and the glass for the items I needed to have framed. She finished one week ahead of schedule and the finished product is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. She totally exceeded my expectations. It is remarkable what she did I brought it four items that did not look like anything special. She absoloutely turned them into something that will be treasured in my family forever. SUSAN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

All of the artwork has come out beautifully - the work is meticulous, professional and completed in a very timely manner. The oil portrait required an entirely new frame due to severe deterioration of the existing, original frame and Susan was a tremendous help in assisting us in choosing a frame that would compliment the portrait without looking too "new. Additionally, she was able to refer us to a gentleman who does art restoration who cleaned the portrait prior to framing. Each of the oriental prints she has done for us - and there are many - are lovely. Susan was able to straighten the warp in the map and though it does show signs of age and some deterioration we are thrilled with the way it is framed and appreciate it for it's uniqueness. The selection process can be tedious and time consuming as there are so many choices to consider but we never felt rushed and came to rely on her expertise and strong art background to guide us in the right direction. There are numerous framing businesses in the area but we have come to rely on Susan for her guidance and sharp eye in helping to bring out the beauty in the art and will continue to use Frameworx for any future framing needs.

We took our print to Frameworx. They determined the cost of the framing, gave us the quote and time frame and then framed the print.It was expertly done and done on time.

Susan was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our frames and mats without any pressure. After we narrowed it down to 2 or 3 choices, she put the samples in a bag and told us to take them home and hold them up to the wall we wanted to decorate. We are really glad she did because it made our choice very clear. We took everything back in and waited. We were in no hurry, but it took much longer than we expected. We found out later that she had been calling the wrong number: ( However, she did a fantastic job on the picture and we are very pleased with the result. We will definitely use her again.

The whole experience went wonderfully and resulted in a beautifully framed picture that was done on time and at the price that was quoted.

We had extremely unusual circumstances in getting our 4 photos framed. We had ordered a Murphey Bed system through More Space Place on 6/1 and was told it would take 4 weeks. To pull the Murphey Bed down, they were using one of our photos that would be mounted to the front of the bed panel. All the photos had yet to be framed. On 6/9 we received a call telling us the bed system would be installed 6/16 and they needed to get the picture to the factory immediately so they could mount it. We initially couldn't find anyone who could do a frame that quickly. So I checked Angies List, saw the excellent rating on Frameworx, grabbed my pictures and went to speak with Susan. Susan was awesome. She was able to get my one picture framed within 3 days and that included having to order the framing. The Murphey Bed guy was able to mount the picture during the actual installation. And Susan was able to complete the other 3 pictures within a week. The Bed system looks awesome and our sports room has the rest of the pictures on the surrounding wall. Susan did an excellent job on helping us pick out the right frame and mat. She was willing to work with our very tight schedule, which we appreciated very much. And with the current discount she was featuring, we saved almost $200.00! We are definately going to use her again. I have more pictures to frame!

Susan pulled numerous mat and frame options from her inventory until we found a combination that worked just right. This piece involved two separate drawings and the spacing was quite tricky. All told we worked for probably thirty minutes until everything looked great - at which point Susan carefully measured positions and set up the job. Less than a week later it was done - awesome!

Susan met with us to discuss the two different mattings and two framings used in the creation of the shadow box to hold our plate. She adhered the plate on a matting, framed it with a thin gold frame, added a second color matting around the small frame to the edges of the box and along the interior sides of the box, added glass along the front of glass and finished the piece with gilded wood framing all around the box. It is stunning, it was done swiftly for the price that was quoted and it was done with great professionalism.

Susan spent a large amount of time with me going over different types of matting and frames. She provided excellent suggestions and was very patient with me while I made my decisions. The job took 10 days to complete and I was thrilled with the results. I will absolutely go back to Susan for any future work.

She helped us select the appropriate frames for the photographs, provided the cost for the frames, the non-glare glass and the labor and gave us a proposed date of completion. She completed the work with great craftsmanship and in a timely manner.
