Ed is the best. From start to finish he explains every step of the repair and offers you options if you need them. Based on the quality of my initial repair I have contracted him to do further work. He is on time and completed the repair in the time frame promised.

After the initial inspectio and estimate, it was almost a week before they finally arrived to begin work. Repairs were hindered by daily rains and the fact that all the work was done by one man (who did excellent work). The work itself was spot on!

Scott did a great job keeping me informed during all phases of the work. He was very helpful in getting the required paperwork taken care of.

Owner went up on Roof after work completed & took picture for me. Last just hope & pray that I Hurricane season does not interfere with the completed repair. Can't really rate work service to early upon completion.

It hasn’t rained since work was done, but they said they would return if problem wasn’t fixed.

On December 14, 2017 Rest A Shored Properties, LLC purchased Designer Driftwood Vinyl Flooring by Tufdek, model number 25811, serial number 850599-4204 thru their AUTHORIZED Tufdek distributor, ECO Roofing and Windows LLC (ECO). The material we purchased can only be purchased thru and MUST be installed by AUTHORIZED Tufdek Dealer. There is no other option if you want Tufdek Designer material on your balcony or other surface. Unfortunately, ECO's installation was not done to factory specs/ installation instructions or per the contract ECO provided to us to level as necessary. As a result of the faulty installation, we have large pools of water collecting on all our balconies after a rain (greater than 60% of the balconies have standing water well past 72 hours). The balconies are not pitched at all to shed water as it clearly states in the installation instructions. All of the installations are back pitched to the building where water rests against the building and leaks. ECO has failed to resolve a legitimate installation problem or respond to multiple communication requests over the past 2 months for warranty work. We would HIGHLY recommend NOT using ECO Roofing and Windows LLC for any work. Scott, the owner representative has zero interest in addressing any problems. We have all documented evidence. While the Tufdek material appears to be decent quality,We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase a competitive product. No customer should be forced to use an AUTHORIZED dealer, get stuck with incompetent installations after spending more than $15/ square foot, and endure months of no resolution to real problems. If we wanted kiddie pools on our balconies, we would have hired a pool contractor.

Not many company's in my area know metal roofs. Fortunately, Mike (who did the work) has decades of experience on metal roofs and fixed the problem that has existed since the roof was installed. Price for the job was high end in my opinion but you get what you pay for. It passed the "Irma test"!

same day i called received estimate. three days later received 2nd estimate 4 th day another estimate . i made decision i believe the best VALUE. as soon as i awarded the work they were out next day but because of rain moved one more day job complete .

I gave $800 2 weeks ago and he has yet to schedule roof - the only contact is when he hand a cancellation and wanted me to be there in immediately. When I signed the contract I made it very clear that I need a scheduled date so I can make arrangements. At this point I am just ready to ask for my money back and find someone else

My roof still leaks! I have contacted him 6 times and now he does not return my calls. The times when I reached him he said he would stop over in a few days and never did. So much for his life time repair warranty.

Very professional and friendly. They were prompt and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend them to friends and family.
