Scott was quick to respond to my request for service and arrived exactly when he said he woudld. The work was completed quickly and professionally. He offered other sevices that might be needed down the road without being pushy or trying to scare me into unnecessary repairs. All in all it was a pleasant experience considering I woke up to a roof leak.

Professional, very timely (repaired roof same day as hired which was important as rain was on it's way). They were $700 lower than next lowest estimate and over $3000 less than highest of 3 estimates.

Mr. Lester was very quick in offering the job. He did the roof inspection within a few days. He did send the report form to CITIZENS within a week (after a reminding phone call). But then the trouble started. He did send the pictures of the roof in a Kodak album and not as individual files in a form and size Citizens requested. So Citizens could not open and file this pictures. I spoke with Mr. Lester many times, told him what's necessary and asked him to send the pictures again. But, now 6 weeks and many phone calls to him and Citizens later, the pictures still not have arrived. Why have I paid him? Now I have to hire another Inspector.

Scot Lester visited with my wife and she really appreciate his honest, no pressure sales. He let us know the roof could be repaired and would suggest replacement within the next year or 2. However, unlike the others we had out here they were mainly concerned with selling us a BIG JOB that would cost a great deal. He fixed our leaking roof and was very pleasant, professional and out going. He too never cut down his competitors and that is something I gratefully admire.

I had a bad roof leak that I had repaired by another company less than a year ago. I found out from ECO Roofinng and Windows that the roof was installed upside down.Eco roofing put a new type of roof on my sun room and I am happy with the results.It also has a lifetime warranty.Now i never have to worry about leaking ever again.They took a few hours to install the new roof at a reasonable price.I had a problem after the roof was installed and it took a year to fix the problem.I had to keep calling them to come out and fix the defects in the roof. Finally today 5/31/11 all is repaired and looks great.
