Installed with no problems, plumber cleaned up well, water was hot quickly. They also had provided an over the phone quote and stood by it where other companies wouldn't do that over the phone. Another company that had come in person to give quote was $400 more for the same thing.Thanks.

When I made the appointment I told them that it was OK for the tech to arrive early and he did (10 minutes). He was very professional and done within an hour. I had previously made an appointment with another plumbing company. Since I work I made it a week in advance for first appointment of the day. 15 minutes after he was supposed to be there I received a call that he had a doctors appointment that he didn't tell the scheduler about so he wasn't coming. Very happy with Water Works and I will definitely use them again.

I called Water Works Plumbing and Dave said that it would be a couple of hours. I thought it was great to get someone to come the same day! After a little while Dave called back and said his man was finished with the previous job early, and would be at my home in an hour. I did a little dance. Twenty minutes later the doorbell rang and there was my plumber! He was professional, immediately diagnosed the problem as garbage disposal, and replaced it in no time at all. I'm very happy with the service and workmanship.

It was a prompt repair, and quality work. They cleaned up after everything. I couldn't have asked for anything better. It was two phases. One day for phase one was just the re-piping. Then other phase was the drywall repair.

Water Works was superb. They arrived on day one, shut down the water, and by 5:00PM had repiped the entire two story home of four bedrooms and three baths. There were a minimum of holes cut in the walls, and they often went through closets to avoid breaking into more observables places. On day two the inspector approved the installation. On day three the company returned and spent the entire day patching the holes. Their finishing was of such quality that the walls can be repainted with no special action. The Water Works’ team that was hard working, courteous, and responsive to our questions. They cleaned up after their work and left the home in great condition. We would hire them again in a second, and will now look to them for any plumbing requirements. Great company, great managers and great workers

It was a few days before Christmas and I needed to get my bathroom fixed before my guests came over for Christmas dinner. Nate arrived on time and got right to work, he installed a new flange on my toilet to securely bolt it to the ground, replaced the supply line, fluid master and flapper. Turned out the leak from the vanity was coming from a clog, which was promptly taken care as well as the installation of a new pop up assembly. Nate was very professional and informed me on everything that he was doing. Would highly recommend and use again.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and again I was very pleased with them. My telephone call to the company was answered immediately and I was allocated a morning appointment. The only minor issue I had was that I had to contact the company as no-one had turned up by 12 noon and I had not been advised that there was a delay. However I was given an explanation and moved to next on the schedule.

I called them in a panic, and they came within an 1 1/2 hrs. and located the problem and replaced the cracked pipe. I had them look at another issue that I was having in the house and they took care of that too. The plumber was smart, professional and kind. I would definitely hire this firm again and can recommend them without hesitation.

I was away and my neighbor saw water coming outside the house. They got there that afternoon and got everything repaired and working by eight o'clock at night. I didn't see them, but they got the job done and were out of there in a hurry. Their pricing was excellent. They got there right away and took care of the job.

This is good... The company sent a man to give a free estimate & set up the date of service. Last week a representative called to see if we had questions & if we wanted to follow through with the job before he pulled permits. The team arrived on time and HELPED us clear out under the cabinets. (I forgot to ask about that part. Haha They worked as a team! There was a problem with the toilet removing the ?seal? That was too tight. They handled it in a timely way. There was NO foul language but TEAM WORK. I don't know the "details" except that when the water was turned on, there are no leaks. They answered questions for us in a way we could understand. These men cleaned everything so well. A neighbor just came to see what they did & said she knew several people neat us that used WATER WORKS. We don't know those people but from my cousins referral I believe we made the right choice and a few thousand dollars less with a good warranty. Because we are so new here I trusted word of mouth referral. We would highly recommend this business & the men that were here.

A pipe burst near the ceiling on Thanksgiving night. Water works came the very next morning to replace the pipe. A few day later we received an estimate on repiping the whole house. We were pleased with the amount of time for an appointment. After the repiping was done, shortly after they came and inspected the work, then time for closing all the holes. Today 1/13/2016 the finishing guys came and finished the walls and did an excellent job. Very professional people. Protected areas around the work and cleaned up nicely. We have used Water Works before our pipe burst. We will use them in the future when necessary. I am one happy homeowner. Pricing was also reasonable for the amount of time and the size of the job. I would recommend Water Works in a heartbeat.

Went on Angie's List to find a plumber that I recognized and saw Water Works right away. I see their vehicles all over town and the fact they had an "A" rating sold me right away. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get this fixed being that it was the day after Thanksgiving but I called and they were able to send someone out right away. Nick came out and had the job complete in less than an hour. Yard was cleaned and you can't even tell he was there. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Plumbers were efficient and professional. Drywallers were too. Completed everything on schedule. All were nice and cleaned everything up. No complaints at all.

My home was for sale. At time of home inspection it was determined I would have to re-pipe the home to replace banned polybutylene. Of the 3 plumbing firms I called Water Works was only one who seemed knowledgable about what was needed. They were quick to accommodate the closing date with the buyer. They did an all around outstanding job in a home that was built in 1926. From replacing the pipes to completing the drywall repairs they made a stressful situation pleasant.

The actual reason for this plumbing service call was to have my new bathtub faucet actually work, that is, have running water. When I called the vendor, and spoke to a gentleman named Dave, I explained to him that the screws connecting to the pipes or wherever were too short. I was told this by another plumber, who came to give me an estimate previously for this same repair work, that what I actually needed for the faucet to work properly was longer screws. This Dave from Water Works told me that when the technician came to do the work that he would have the screws needed in the company van and that they would not be the same color as that of the fixtures (designer color). I told him that that would be ok as long as we got the faucet to work. Well, the technician came and when he looked at the screws that came with the faucet fixtures, he stated that they were too short - excuse me, I knew that! The repairs that were completed are as explained above. However, no water running out of the faucet. I called Dave when the technician left and asked him why the technician did not put in the screws that were supposedly in his van. His answer was that the technician may not have had the screws in his van and that I should order the screws from the manufacturer. So then why did I have to pay $60.00 for the technician just to show up and another labor charge for 3/4 of an hour. If the technician was here for 1/2 hour that would be an overstatement. The technician then told me that I would have to pay another $60.00 travel charge and likely additional labor charges if I wanted them to install the correct screws if and when I was able to get them.. However, he did show my son where to put them in. That would be fine if my son had any mechanical abilities - none! I would expect the vendor to come back to finish the job at no additional charge to me.

Brad came to give us the estimate and was professional and explained everything in detail. He also advise us that there was a 3 week waiting, but we wanted one of the best so we still hired them. Dave and Taylor at the office were always professional and answer all our questions. They called to confirm the day before and the crew did arrived early in the morning. They were organized and they seemed to have done a good job. (So far all the plumbing works). The inspector came the very next morning and everything was approved. On the 3rd day the crew came to patch all the holes that were done by the plumbing team. The reason for the B grade is because one of the plumbers trip in the attic and made a whole in the ceiling close to the AC duct, which the patching team could have done a better job fixing it. Since we are remodeling, one of the workers fixed it properly. I would call them again for any plumbing work that we might need.

They charged me what they quoted me. The schedule of the work was adhered to precisely. They showed up when they said they would show up. Everyone was courteous and professional. They always answered the phone or returned our call. They were the best price. When the inspector showed up to check the work, and I quote: Nothing to worry about here. These "Guys" do the job right. They've earned the reputation. I love this company. TOP NOTCH.
