Job was thoroughly explained to me and was done in short order. Other companies couldn't begin job for weeks and wanted a lot of money. Price was competitive and the service was great. After a bad and very expensive experience with another roofing company, I found Jeff and Todd at Swift. Todd came out and took his time to explain every step they would need to take to unwind the mess my first contractor left me dealing with. I was impressed with Toddâ s honesty and no-pressure approach. The price for the work we needed was fair so I hired them, and guess what..they did exactly what they said they would doâ ¦on time and in budget! Our roof looks GREAT. Jeff was on site daily to actively manage the crew and went above and beyond to assure that our job was flawless from start to finish. Hands-down, Swift is the best roofing contractor in the biz ( you can just look at my roof to see that ) and the most honest and reliable contractor that Iâ ve ever hired.

Always returned phone calls and explained any questions I had. Came and did the roof replacement when they said they would . The price was very reasonable compared with some of the other quotes I had received. All in all a quality job at a fair price.

When I spoke with this company before I hired them the owner told me they would have my old roof scraped off on Wednesday and that Thursday they would have the shingles delivered and on Friday my new roof would be on that day . Boom!!! What they said would be done was a fact!!! I was new to getting a roof done and it was hard to trust what anyone was telling me . But I went with Swift roofing and Iâ m so glad they did . They also gave me a very fair price out of everyone else . Trust this company they are not phony .

Very professional and timely in responding to my request for a quote. Estimate was higher than some and lower than others. They took pictures and showed me exactly what needed to be done and completed the repairs timely. Will hire them again if I need future roof repairs.

The process of dealing with storm damage is stressful but working with Swift Roofing made it a much less daunting process. They communicated clearly, provided clean, quality work and handled all of the necessary paperwork with the local government. The cost was fair and the completed work was done professionally and quickly. I did not feel like a number or just another account on their docket. I would recommend them to anyone needed a new roof or roof repair of any kind.

CAN'T say enough great things about Trademark. Punctual, worked to our schedule, fair pricing, even with extra work due to a classic 1922 Ft. Myers cottage they kept their price. EVERYONE in all departments, from top to bottom, were amazing. Attention to every DETAIL so that it was done right. Have already contracted for them to do an out building.

I looked over their most recent customer reviews and I am astounded at the high ratings. I sure didn't get the kind of service some of the other customers got; I'm not only surprised but I'm envious. My experience was more like a nightmare. 1. They didn't fix the leak nor stand behind their two yr warranty. They didn't even leak check the repair even after I asked them to. I called them multiple times to try to get them back after the same area leaked again but they never showed after setting up two appointments. The owner's rebuttal on another website blamed everything on me. Guess he felt that because I am an elderly person that he could wear me down by stalling me for months. The bottom line is that I hired the company to FIND and FIX the leak...they did neither. They only thought they found and fixed the leak. Now here I am having to catch water in a pan every time it rains. $1600 later, same problem and NO response or action to repair under the two yr warranty. I feel that all this is because Trademark Roofing refused to leak test the repair afterward. Had they done this they would have discovered that they had misdiagnosed the location of the leak and repaired the wrong area. Think twice about these guys before you hire them. They talk a good job but their service doesn't match.

Called several roofing companies after Hurricane Irma. No big surprise at all the price gouging going on with the quotes we received. Then came Todd from Trademark Roofing. What a fair and honest man and company. Can't say enough good things. I have referred several people who have had the same wonderful experience. They are up front, show up when they say they will be there, clean up at the job site everyday, workers work all day without a supervisor having to watch over them all day long. Danielle in the front office always kept us informed every step of the way. I would use this company again in a heartbeat! While they may not be the biggest contractor out there, they do not take advantage of people like others we received quotes from. I called them after the hurricane hit, they told me they couldn't get out for at least two weeks being backed up which I understood. Received our quote 2 days after Todd came out. My husband spoke with Todd to make sure his quote covered the same as our other ones. Luckily our roof wasn't leaking as our roof could not be taken care of until the end of February to beginning of March. We are sure glad we could wait for Trademark Roofing.

Called trademark before the hurricane about re-roofing the house. Todd was quick to come out with an estimate that was very competitive. Then the storm hit! Trademark was obviously swamped by then so once contracted they were about 2.5 months booked. And that was a great estimate. 2.5 months later we picked out shingles, crew showed up and work commenced. the crew was good, started a little early each day, but they had it striped, and relaid in only a few days. The city inspector was very familiar with Trademark and said they were a good company to work with and reputable. Overall I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Todd.

Todd and his brother came right over and did what was expected and estimated. My roof was finally repaired I waited a few months to give my recommendation until the rainy season began. I'm very happy to say the leak stoped i would defiantly recommend trademark roofing to all my friends.
