Very pleased with repair. The dishwasher was 2 months out of warranty and Mr. B made sure it was working properly and not leaking.

Excellent! Erwin identified the source of the refrigerator leak and patiently worked to resolve it. Samsung had misdiagnosed the problem twice, which was very frustrating, but Erwin knew immediately what the problem was. He was very pleasant and focused the whole time he was here. I definitely recommend him!

Erwin was hired to hang our Microwave, repair the ice machine and repair the dishwasher. He told my wife he needed payment up front in order to pay for parts. My wife paid him. The the roller coaster ride began. He fixed the ice maker right way. He said he didn't have time that night. He told me that he could not mount the microwave because the microwave required screws the were unique for the device and would need to order it. I called him a dozen times to see when he would come back and finish... he kept putting me off. He a lots of unique excuses. Finally, he came back with the microwave screw... but "surprise" it was the wrong size.. he would need to order another. When asked about the dishwasher his response was the parts had not come in... I went to the hardware store and purchased the screws (common machine screws). If hung the microwave and called him to ask about the dishwasher and he stated again after 2 weeks that the parts have not come in... I told him to just forget about it. I was told that everything would be repaired in 1 maybe 2 nights. He was unprofessional, dishonest (he has yet to send us our money back) but and incompetent. My wife came to Angies was because the people who were thoroughly vetted and we could trust them. Absolute worst experience.

My GE washer stopped draining, Mr. B. tried to repair it without replacing the part, he cleaned the part and ran the machine. He got working and tried to run it with a load, it stopped again. At this point, he explained the transmission was still strong and worth fixing. He ordered the part an came back when it came in. I appreciate that he remained at my house until the cycle was complete. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

Was very efficient polite kind and very communicative!

Left door and right door gaskets replaced. Mr B was cautious about the install of the right door gasket and asked us to call him if a problem. We called, he said he ordered gasket under warranty and scheduled revisit. He was no show and did not return my phone calls to address. A certified technician from Mister Appliance came to evaluate the work. They documented (can be provided upon request) that the right side fresh food door not closing properly and found out the gasket was replaced recently and the tech (from another company) damaged the liner of the door which the gasket attaches too. Liner will no longer seal to the door and is physically broken. The cost of a replacement door for this built in Kitchenaid architectural design series is $800. The technician from Mr Appliance stated that Mister B Home services did not know what he was doing, did not fully assess the issue - what are you going to do !!

Erwin was excellent and arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and then repaired it. Excellent job.

Mr. B is very courteous and knowledgeable. He did fix our stove but was also up front about telling us that it may not last because of a problem with one of the computers which would be too costly to replace. I think he gave us good advice.

We got a new one as he felt it was going to cost us about as much to repair the old one. Which we agreed with.

I was very happy with the overall service. Communication was excellent, Erwin was professional and knowledgeable and the price was fair. I will continue to use Mr B going forward. A great find!

Erwin came out to the house after a long day for him and we sincerely appreicate it that he did take the time to make a house call for us. He reassured us that we did not have an electrical fire. The computer on the back panel surged and burned out. He recommends purchasing new oven as it is 10 years. We are currently looking for new stove. I highly recommend Mr. B.

I was impressed that Erwin answered the phone when I called regarding our refrigerator problem. He immediately set up an appointment and gave us a window when he would arrive on Monday. Erwin arrived on time on Monday and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and said they would be in in 2 to 3 days and he would call when they arrived. They arrived in three days and he came out Friday of that same week and replaced the entire unit in less than a half hour. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was prompt and reliable. We would certainly hire him again and recommend him to others who need appliance repair.
