Mr. B was very responsive and professional. He was honest about being able to fix the refrigerator door without having to charge for parts.

William pulled the oven away from the wall and ran some tests and found a beat-up heating element that needed to be replaced. He told me what the charges would be, and I agreed. I got a call about 3:00 from Mr. B saying William has the part and can install within about an hour. A VERY satisfied customer here.

William his associate was very thorough and fixed both problems and took his time to make sure that they were fixed correctly. Really appreciate the fast and effective service thank you.

Great! Showed up in a couple hours, diagnosed problem, came back next day with parts and fixed! It was just a little bit unnerving doing everything electronically - there were three different phone numbers and the business address was at a house in Coral Gables. With all the scams these days, was just a little uncertain about paying for parts ahead of time and giving credit card number out, etc. to “unknown” folks over phone. Then one of the numbers didn’t work the next day, when I called to check if the repair man was coming back (because he said he would be back the next morning). He did come back of course, a half hour or so later than the window the other guy on the phone indicated. And the young gentleman that showed up both days was very polite and professional and did a great job.

Called me as soon as I submitted the Anji Request Came out the next day Ordered part and returned to install 2 days later
