Very Well. I live out of state and needed to line up insurance for a home I bought on Cape Coral. At first, I used the agent recommended by my mortgage broker, but that agent made a number of errors in the application. This created numerous problems and ended up in a threat of cancellation. I then contacted Elaine and asked for her help. Elaine was very helpful. She found that problems created by the previous agent complicated the issue, but she effectively worked through those problems and obtained the insurance I need. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and that helped in working through those problems. I found that communication was excellent. Elaine was very responsive and communicated effectively via e-mail and phone. She spent the time to thoroughly assess my coverage needs so that we ended up with the most appropriate coverage. I feel that the price I paid for the level of coverage I requested was quite reasonable. I was very pleased with the service Elaine provided and highly recommend her to others. I plan to have her handle all of my insurance needs.

I had just purchased a home in Florida and moved from Virginia when I asked a neighbor across the street for suggestions on how to find homeowner’s insurance. My neighbor highly recommended Elaine Jennings and she stated that Elaine was a wonderful insurance agent who had saved her a lot of money compared with other quotes she had gotten. So I scheduled an appointment and now I understand why my neighbor recommended Elaine Jennings Insurance Agency so highly. As soon as I entered Elaine’s offices, I realized that this is a very professional lady who takes pride in her work. On the wall in the reception area is a framed Angie’s List certificate of award for the excellent services Elaine Jennings provided in 2015. I learned that Elaine has had her own agency now for 21 years. I discovered that not only is she extremely knowledgeable about all the applicable insurance laws and regulations, but she is extremely kind and compassionate. She truly cares about her clients and wants to find the highest protection possible at the most cost-effective rates as possible to save her clients as much money as she can. Elaine is an AMAZING insurance agent. Elaine found a terrific homeowner’s insurance policy to protect my home here in Florida. My son and daughter-in-law recently moved from Virginia and purchased a home here in Florida and I recommended that they go in and meet with Elaine to get their new home insured. This is their first home and Elaine spent so much time with them, ensuring that they understood everything about protecting their home and their assets. Elaine found them the perfect policy to protect their new home. In addition, we asked Elaine to find us a flood insurance policy for our homes and Elaine made sure our homes were fully protected against floods. She explained the zoning process and the FEMA flood policies and exclusions, and she gave us all the information we needed to make sure we understood everything. It seems like you have to be a lawyer to understand all the insurance policy declarations, exclusions, limitations, conditions, and fine print. Elaine has the expertise, experience, and integrity to ensure that her clients get the best policies possible at the most affordable rates to protect their homes and assets. Buying insurance can be very stressful; however, Elaine fully explains everything and throughout the process, we quickly realized that she is extremely compassionate and wants the very best for her clients. Elaine made the whole process extremely enjoyable with her integrity, her warm sense of humor, and her very obvious concern for giving us the best service possible. Elaine has given us peace of mind, knowing that in the event of a disaster or damaging event, the biggest investments of our lives—our homes—are fully protected and we would be able to recover. We recently contacted Elaine for an insurance quote on our condo in Florida. It was absolutely the "BEST" move we ever made. Elaine is friendly, sweet, helpful and totally professional. After a bad experience with another provider referred by my real estate agent, I was prompted to call Elaine, having gotten her name from Angie's List, and I thank Angie's List profusely for the reference. The date of commitment was an issue as I was on the wire and it was important to push it through the policy that day at zero hour. Elaine made it happen, making sure to dot every and quot;iand quot; and cross every and quot;tand quot; in the process. She really went above and beyond after hours as well. She offers and quot;old timeand quot; customer service that you don't see much anymore, and frankly, even if the cost was more, I wouldn't have minded. It was, however, less than the other quote I had gotten, AND more thorough, and I felt I could trust her work. I will definitely be sticking with her.

It went very well. Ms Jennings is very personable and professional. She was quite responsive and dealt with our various questions on the phone and in her office. She explained several aspect our previous policy that we were not aware of and was able to give us a new policy with a better company at a much better rate. ELAINE returned my phone call almost immediately even though it was a Friday at closing time. She jumped through many hoops with me on the line at all times to get my policy reinstated quickly. She helped me go over my current coverage to see where I could reduce costs of my premium.

"They said the customer is always right, but in this case I completely disagree. I never spoke with this person. Only with the husband. In which I went beyond the call of duty to help. That Insurance School that she mentions, is required by law every 2 years by your birth month or you lose your license and fined. You then lose your business. This is serious. In helping these clients, I had to completed my required hours on my birthday, which also falls on a Holiday. They recently phoned me wanting Auto Insurance. Stating they needed to get this thing rolling right now. The fault in not being prompt lies in them waiting till the last minute. They waited a year to post this review. There is much more I could say, but chose to take the high road and stay professional."

I originally quoted four (4) Companies for my homeowner insurance needs. I selected Elaine Jennings Agency for two reasons. First, the price was competitive. The quote was not the cheapest; however, the quotation Elaine provided contained far more detail and information compared to the other Companies. Second, Elaine took the time to answer several emails containing additional questions. I found Elaine extremely professional, timely, and her Service was excellent.
After I awarded the insurance to Elaine, an issue came up with regard to hurricane protection. Without going into detail, Elaine worked with us and explained exactly what was required to solve the issue. Once I conducted a new wind mitigation study, Elaine took the new study results directly to the Insurance Company and rewarded me with a new cost proposal that was LESS than the original agreement.. In the end, Elaine's price was the most competitive, but her level of Service was far exceeding my expectations.
Elaine is busy, but she will return your calls. Elaine will respond to emails as well. I received a number of emails from Elaine after 8pm in the evening. I was amazed. Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Elaine treated me like I was the only customer needing her time and assistance.
If you want excellent service and a vrey competitive price, I recommend Elaine. I rarely attach my name to Service providers; however, the service Elaine provided warrants me taking the time to write this review.

Elaine is a joy to deal with and goes the extra mile to provide details rather than send a quote with no explanation. As is usual with closings we were down to the last minute when the policy was needed and she came through. I am very happy to have found her on Angie's List and happy to have my business with her.

In the process of purchasing a property out of state in Cape Coral Florida, I got to that point where we needed to address insurance needs. The reviews for Elaine on AL were positive and I gave her a shot along with another agency to earn my business.
Just into the process one agency informed me that for the flood insurance I needed to have certain survey work performed to verify the assumptions with which the insurance quote was provided. I did so and it sounded like the results were going to multiply the flood insurance costs.
Elaine has FEMA certification and is well versed in this area and educated me that the survey work I paid for was not and quot;requiredand quot;. She earned my trust right away, her quotes were less than the other agency that I felt did not give me good information regarding the requirement of this survey work. We had a tight closing and Elaine went above and beyond to make sure our lender had what they needed to put this together in time.
With Elaine's help and sweet demeanor, we pulled it off. She was a key cog in the process and I will make it a point to find her office so I can meet and thank her in person for the effort and education she provided, while helping us to get through the closing on the property. Elaine is the best! What more can I say? I was buying a home in Cape Coral and requesting quotes from everybody. I got a quote from my agent who handled my renters insurance on my apartment. I got a quote from my AAA car insurance guy and I got 4 quotes from my mortgage rep. Amazingly the quotes from the two insurance guys, people who do this for a living, where the highest by a mile. I had just joined Angie's list and found a great car mechanic, so I read the reviews and found Elaine Jennings Insurance. I called and she returned my call right away. We discussed the other quotes and Elaine explained why one was higher than another, things that I had not noticed like higher deductibles etc. Elaine took her time and explained everything in great detail. I decided that I would go with her for my homeowner's policy. Later there was a problem with the seller's attorney and we didn't close. It was a big mess and I got so involved with my agent and the mortgage company and the title company that I completely forgot to notify Elaine that I didn't close. A couple of weeks had passed and my agent and the mortgage guys were giving me advice like well you're going to have to cancel and write a new policy and good luck getting it for the same priceand hellip;etc. etc. I dropped by the office and Elaine called customer service for the carrier and they said as soon as we got a firm closing date in writing, to simply fax it over to them and they would change the date that the policy went into effect. And that is exactly what we did. Well I closed and Elaine is my insurance agent. I highly recommend Elaine Jennings Insurance for your homeowners insurance. Tell her Mike sent you!

Elaine is wonderful. She treats her clients with the same consideration she would want for herself. After waiting over a month for my former agent to call me back for a review of my policy I called Elaine. I was with the former agency for 12 years. I have an small older home in the Cape which costs more to ensure I know but over 4000 is out of line. She not only calls back when she says she will she got me the same amount of coverage for over 1000 less. Plus she gave me a bucketload of knowledge on how to bring my premiums down further. I will be using this Elaine to help with all my insurance needs.
