Direct Flooring

The entire experience, start to finish, was amazing! I was served by Edwin when I visited the store on a weekend to get information about my flooring options, and he was knowledgeable, respectful and professional, answering all of my questions. He arrived at my home within a few hours to measure the space, and, as promised, called me with an estimate first thing on Monday morning. The cost was reasonable, so I decided to hire the company. I was promised that installation would take place the following weekend, and this happened. Edwin was one of the installers, and he was joined by Aaron; the two of them arrived on time and were skilled, polite, and very careful with my personal belongings. They were also very meticulous about their work. I love my new floor, and would highly recommend Direct Flooring. Ask for Edwin and Aaron to do your installation!!

Very friendly, did everything in a timely and perfect manner, Price was very good, we got an quote from another company (Total Flooring, Del Prado in Cape coral), they asked for $7,500 to do the same work what Direct Flooring did for about $4,000. The work was scheduled and 4 men arrived on time in the morning by 10 AM, they left at 4 PM, by this time everything was completely finished. The new floor looks beautiful and we would definitly hire them again.

Provided tile and arranged installation for wood look tile in foyer, pantry, great room, hallway and closets (approximately 600 square feet). Sales people were very helpful and the installation was promptly and professionally done. It looks great!

Was a great experience at the store. Wife and i looked all the color options, decided, carpet was in stock, salesman said carpet installer would contact us, paid, and left. Carpet installer called that afternoon and said guys would be by in the AM. Installers showed up later that afternoon approx 6 hrs late, no problem, we were home. installation did not end till 6:45pm that evening, I handed guy a $100.00 tip, thank you & happy holidays, and on their merry way they left. Approx 5 minutes later, doorbell rang, guys said, something must be wrong, i said, about what, he said, your short on cash, i said, how can i be short on cash, its a tip. Guy said, i am supposed to pay installation. My wife and i hit the ceiling but kept it together as it was christmas eve. I said how much, he said look at your bill, its states in fine print how much. I dug out receipt and it DID NOT say any dollar amount to be paid to installer. It did say installation extra. So, what they did was calculate sq ft of rug and told me i still owed 350.00 buck installation. thankfully i just stopped at chase bank and withdraw 500.00. In the end, i got screwed but hey, if that company did not have the decency to contact me and apologize for any miscommunication then, sorry charlie, you lost my business and any further business from our family and friends. its been approx 3 wks and installers have been back once due to seam raising. Lesson learned, always, always ask what you are getting.

Everything you read in previous "A" reviews applies to our experience with Direct Flooring and Jeff. Jeff know his business. Knows how to treat customers. Knows that it takes time to make a decision. Lets you take home as many samples as you need. Jeff even ordered a box of the product we were interested in so we could have a larger viewing sample. Jeff answers all your questions but never hovers over you and follows you around. All in all, the kind of buying experience everyone should have but rarely encounters. James and his installation crew were like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew what they were suppose to do and did it quickly, efficiently, and correctly. The final product looks beautiful and the workmanship was excellent.

We went to their showroom on a Saturday. Jeff spent a lot of time with us to educate us on wood and laminate floors. He listened to what we said and helped guide us to the best fit for us. He gave us samples to take home so we could be sure of the color to choose. The installer he sent to us was Craig Niland. Craig showed up exactly when he said he would to measure the floors. We made our choice on the laminate and called Jeff. He pulled the product from their warehouse so that it was ready when Craig got us onto his schedule. Craig was able to work us in within 2 weeks. Craig and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and finished exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently, like a well oiled machine. We had already moved some small pieces of furniture and everything from the floors of the closets. They were careful moving the remaining pieces of furniture. This was absolutely the best experience we could have had. I would recommend them to anyone. I will go back to them if I ever need any more floor work done.

We went to their store numerous times because I could not decide on the wood. They were professional, gave us all the time we needed and allowed us to take several samples to our home to try - several times. Once I had picked out the flooring we asked questions about warranties and time frame for delivery. We also requested the installer that they would suggest to come out and measure before we purchased the flooring. Craig Niland came out to measure the area and gave us a rundown on how the installation would proceed. Craig was professional and as friendly as Jeff at the store. We were impressed. We purchased the flooring, it came quickly, contacted Craig and he had us set up for installation within two weeks. The installation was flawless. Craig's team was quick, professional, friendly and kept our area as clean as possible. We would hire Craig and his crew again. Thanks to Direct Flooring and Craig we have a beautiful floor throughout our living space.

We met with Bill & Jeff and we decided on flooring. We live in a high rise with rules that took some time for approval of work. Craig and his crew arrived on time and worked Very efficiently. This team does beautiful work. They finished earlier than expected. Will definitely refer them to others & for my future flooring needs.

After making the selection and getting the final estimate, I determined that my budget would only allow for about 1/2 of the area that I would like the flooring installed in. Jeff and the installer- Craig worked together to determine the materials needed and provide me with a new estimate. The materials were ordered promptly and the floor was installed. Craig did a wonderful job assisting me with the selections, determining how to lay out the floor and doing the actual installation. When my budget allows, I will be calling Direct Floor again.

James and Brian arrived right on time and completed the installation rapidly and efficiently. The job, our living room and dining room, required that furniture be moved and then replaced after completion. They cleaned up the work are after completing the work and removed all the trash. Their workmanship was excellent and we are so very pleased with every aspect of our purchase. The appearance of our entire living area has been greatly enhanced and we are very thankful.

Incredible quality, fantastic price, did everything they said they would do and more. Will recommend this Company to anyone I speak to about flooring.

This was the best experience I've had working with a company. I was shopping for carpet for my new lanai and really wanted it in by Christmas as I was having guests. I called Jeff in desperation after spending 5 days unsuccessfully trying to get the job done the way I wanted by a big box store. He quickly checked to see if the carpet I wanted was available and called me back within 30 minutes, and told me it was. I made the purchase at the store and found Jeff to be friendly, personable and professional. The carpet had to be ordered, and he didn't make any promises he couldn't deliver, but ordered it that day, and promised if it came before Christmas he would make sure it got installed. I got a call from him this morning saying the carpet was in and he had someone lined up to install it this afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this company and Jeff. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I would use the company again in a heartbeat, and will tell anyone I know who's looking for flooring to contact Jeff at Direct Flooring.

Great service, excellent pricing!!!

The installer came out the day after we purchased the carpeting. He was here on time (10:00 AM) and was finished by 1:00 PM. The job was done very professionally and looks great. This was our second experience with Direct Flooring and we were very pleased both times. I have recommended them to several friends and they all have had good experiences.

On August 29, 2014 we visited the Direct Flooring showroom. Jeff, the owner, and Edwin were knowledgeable, attentive and patient while we made our flooring selection. My wife had shopped other flooring stores and determined the price quoted by Direct Flooring for both the material and installation was very competitive. We had flooring in a previous home and understood how important it is to have a professional installer. The installation was performed by Craig Niland and team. They were prompt, professional, and completed the installation ahead of schedule. They took up and removed the carpet. They also cleaned the room after completing the installation. Our St. Vincent flooring is beautiful and the installation was excellent. We highly recommend Direct Flooring and Craig's team.

We had them installed carpets a few years ago and they did a very good job and just recently we bought tiles from them. I like the tiles very much. Everything went very smoothly. I have no complains about their products.

The installers and workmen were great. About two people came out and they were done in one day. They did a great job and it was wonderful. I would tell a friend or family member to expect great service. Overall it was a great experience.

It was fine. They were excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and they did it expeditiously. They had what we wanted and the price was good.

No problems, very professional

I want to express how fantastic of an experience this was. I ordered an floor from a hardware chain and they walked off the job. Said the floor was cracked and they did not fix stuff like that. Saw this company on Angies List called them, went in and picked out the floor. Jeff was very helpful, I explained the previous situation and he assured me things would be fine. The installer, Craig, came to the house measured called me explaining everything in detail. I called Jeff ordered my floor, Craig made the installation apt with me and within a week my floor is in. I didn't know the properties of the tile I needed. I looked around but had no idea what I was looking at. He never came to help. Finally, I walked out of the store.

Product and price were terrific. The people installing the flooring were prompt and did an excellent job.

While the job is still ongoing, we a very pleased so far. Jeff was responsive and very helpful. He understands our needs, concerns and schedules and is making sure we have constant communication. We will definitely let our friends know.
