Clean Roof: Cleaning and Sealing Services

I’ll tell you what...these guys are the absolute best. We needed our roof tile cleaned and deciders to have them use their special sealant which brought the old tile back to its original look...on top of that, they did a thorough inspection for loose and broken tiles and glued every single one of those back together...we didn’t ask them to do that, they did it on their own and didn’t ask for a dime. On top of THAT, they used their pressure washer to clean the exterior of the house, the lanai, and the paver deck we have. We didn’t ask for that either and they did it on their own and again, didn’t ask for a dime. For the work these guys put in, and the extras they did, you better believe I’m going to write this review and tell you all that if you are in the market for some exterior cleaning, this is your company. Super courteous and professional crew, and with all the dirt that was cleaned off of that roof, I have no idea where it all went?!?!! There’s barely any evidence that they were even there, other than the brilliantly cleaned exterior of our house. Thank you guys so much!!

Excellent, above my expectations! They kept me appraised of expected arrival, did an excellent job, cleaned the house, repaired loose tiles from Hurricane Irma and pictures of their work. The owner even called after the work was accomplished to follow up. Total professional company.

Extremely well from start to finish! Video documentation of our tile roof damage and need for cleaning after going through Hurricane Irma was most informative; thanks, Karey. The video after the roof had been cleaned repaired and sealed by Danny and Billy proved how well they did the work. Exactly as promised and exactly finished as well! My wife and I know that we now have had a superior job done on our roof...as well as the lanai and drive surfaces...at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

They did a great job, prompt, easy to work with and completed the work in a timely fashion.

I can tell they are truly professional, it was the best roof cleaning and sealing we have ever seen. They even capture the runoff from the roof, and divert it away from my flower beds and house. Plus any additional runoff and dirt was cleaned up from lawn and drive way as well.

AWESOME! Karey and his co-workers were on time and ready to go!! They helped us clear our lanai and cover landscaping before beginning their work. When one of them noticed necessary repairs were needed, he completed them before sealing the tile roof. We are so very impressed with their work ethic and efficiency. When the job was finished, once again we were helped to restore plants and furniture to their original positions, windows were cleaned where necessary, and a thorough review of the work and warranty were discussed. Very professional. Have before and after photos to prove the point. Florida rainy season did a lot of damage. Home and driveway looks great.

They went beyond what I asked them to do including my car which had sap all over and my boat that they got really clean.

Exceptionally well. Big job (8,500 sq’ home). Totally removed 5 yrs of mildew and sealed after cleaning. Supervisor, Kary, and great crew paid assiduous detention to detail! Went more than the extra mile. Much better job than the power-wash only job we had done by another company last time. I give them my utmost recommendation. Owner Karey, along with Danny, did a great job. You won't believe how dirty and moldy your roof is until you have it cleaned by Clean Roof. And they even send you pictures of your roof before and after the work was done.

Job well done! My husband and I have many different types of surfaces that needed cleaning. Our metal building, stucco house and wood fence. I was skeptical as to how well the surfaces would come clean. To my surprise, everything looks brand new! The crew was friendly. Everything went just as they described. I am more than satisfied with the product and service.

Kerry and his associate showed up on time, did a great job in cleaning the roof and gutters (very thorough), got done in just about 3 hours, and the price was fair and reasonable. Great crew to work with. Very enthusiastic!
