The whole team at Clean Roof was great to work with. Being new to the area and had never owned a tile roof style home, the guys at Clean Roof explained everything very well. They did a through job of checking for loose tiles and repairing those in need. I would definetly recommend them if you need your roof cleaned!

The team went above and Beyond our expectations. Great! They were professional, prompt, detailed and thorough in their work. Also, they offered a limited warranty for their work. I would highly recommend them! I had one very small issue when they were finished and they willingly returned as agreed to correct it.

Excellent work! Punctual, thorough, cleaned everything in sight, even things they hadn't contracted for. Cleaned up after themselves, like they had never been there, except that we were sparkling clean and look like a new house. Showed a video of the roof before and after, showing the repairs made, which was also very enlightening. Sealed the roof so future cleaning and maintenance will be required less often and less costly. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent and very professional . Explained what they did and pointed out areas that I needed to watch even though it was not pertaining to their work. I feel my home was in better condition at the end of the work.

If you could see the before and after pictures, you would be amazed. Our roof was very dirty and moldy after only two years from being power washed. Using low-pressure washing, the roof looks brand new. They power washed the pavers along the walkway and driveway and they are spotless as well. Their treatment kills the mold and then the roof is sealed so water does not linger after a rain. Their work is guaranteed, too. The treatment is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I prefer to get the job done right the first time.

The process went very well. Karey inspected my roof before providing an estimate of charges. He sent pictures of areas that needed to be addressed/repaired before cleaning/sealing could be done. They performed the repairs, cleaning and sealing on the date agreed and within the scheduled timeframe. After the job was completed, they provided pictures of the finished work product and did a walk around of the house, gutters and soffits to confirm all areas had been cleaned and sealed as promised. They answered all of my questions and were very easy to work with.

The process went smoothly from the time Keary (Owner) showed up until the final step of windexing the windows prior to leaving. Danny the foreman on our job is a great and worshipped team leader. No sales talk is involved in the process. What you want done is what you will get. Prior to arrival we got a video of exactly what was going to be done. I wish I could tell you more but I feel you should give them a call to experience the best roof cleaning company in southwest Florida.

We were very satisfied with the work done by Clean Roof. The two workers were efficient, friendly, and hard working. We were able to see before and after pictures/videos and the results were amazing! Karey discovered damaged tiles and they were able to repair them also. They went a step further and cleaned the sides of our home that had mold evident. We would recommend this company and they exceeded our expectations.

Clean Roof arrived promptly and paid attention to details. They did a amazing job and stayed longer to to make sure everything was perfect. They explained the work scope to me and even did extra by cleaning my roof gutters. I would hire them again, it was a pleasure to deal with this company.
