James Joyner, owner of 163, LLC, worked with one other person to take care of our tree trimming. Both were very professional, and communication about the project was great. A fair price for an excellent job, including all the cleanup. Will call them again!

James and his team were amazing! They were all very nice,. They are honest and good people. I was VERY happy with making the choice to hire them. Spending a large amount of money can be a scary thing to some of us. And I don't know about many but i don't have extra money lying around to have to hire someone to fix or finish a job someone else didn't. You WON'T have that problem with 163, LLC They got the job done in the amount of time promised. They did a great job. They were eay too communicate with. I spoke with James of 163 LLC tree service on the phone and informed him of the huge laurel oak tree that I had in my back yard that was hollowed out and very dangerous and bordered up to three of my neighbor's properties. We met at my residence where James inspected the problem tree and gave me a very reasonable price to remove the tree. I informed him that the date of removal I would be out of town, but my son would be available during removal. After returning from my trip the hazardous tree was gone and the stump was removed without any incidents, my son says the crew provided excellent customer service and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them and will keep their number handy for any future needs. Thanks to you all for such great service.
