Dynamic Roofing Concepts

We were impressed by the service we received from Dynamic Roofing Concepts. They initially showed up on time with a very professional proposal. The work was completed in a timely manner and was done very neatly, and they were great with their cleanup. They are a professional organization, and I would definitely use them again.

I have never had a roof replaced before, so I did some researching. I also asked some neighbors that used Dynamic roofing what they thought about the process. They were very satisfied and that's what caused me to use their company. I was totally satisfied with the process. Chris explained the process. Licenses and insurance were presented without asking. The materials were of high quality. The workers made the process look easy but they surely worked hard and tirelessly. Colin came out during the replacement to check on things. Everything was cleaned up properly upon completion. The roof looks great. I keep looking at the roof each day in amazement. The entire end to end processing from working with marketing, the actual roofers and engagement with the owner went well beyond our expectations. Thanks to all for such great service.

The job took two days. It looks good. I was particularly pleased with the cleanup after the work was completed with no scraps or nails in the flowerbeds. The Wind Mitigation Inspection report indicated perfect compliance with all codes, and as a result I expect a discount on my Home Owners Insurance.

They did the work swiftly and as quietly (no music blasting) as one could reasonable expect. They were very tidy and picked up everything. We are very happy with the finished results and highly recommend them. They provided a wind mitigation report for our insurance. Our home has never looked better. We have a 25 year warranty and we recommended them to our homeowner's insurance company to refer to others.

I needed my roof replaced and checked out several contractors. I ended up going with Dynamic Roofing Concepts because the price was reasonable and the contact with the staff was very pleasant. They offered additional incentives as well. Due to a miscommunication the roof replacement was not scheduled when I thought it would be, so after the team at Dynamic determined this, they immediately rearranged schedules to accommodate my needs. The roof was replaced entirely within one day - AMAZING! They were on top of every need - my roof was VERY old and apparently had never been replaced, so there were a lot of extras needed. I chose the GAF Timberline HD shingles and am very happy with the outcome. I am extremely happy with the quality service and materials provided by Dynamic Roofing and will recommend them to all of my friends.

They did a very good job, it was done by day 3, the workers started early each morning and worked late into the evening and cleaned up each day. The roof looks great and the price was fair. Lots of great compliments from the neighbors.

Fast quote, fast schedule, excellent work. Shingle workers were very courteous. Office staff very nice and quick to answer questions or assist.

The crew they sent was very professional and work very hard. They came everyday at 7am and left after dark. They're very organized and clean. We had a lot of rain and sometimes they worked while was raining. We had a lot of wood that was bad and they replaced everything and they showed me pictures of everything they replaced. Every time I called them, from the sales person to the people at the office, they return my calls right away. I highly recommend this company, they did everything they told me they're going to do. I'm very happy with their work.

Good quality work, and since it took 2.5 days they finished the job on a Saturday instead of waiting until Monday - which I greatly appreciated. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive quote I got either. They showed up early Thursday morning and worked all day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning to tear out and install a new roof. For some reason the dumpster wasn't picked up until Tuesday so I couldn't use my driveway and garage for 5 days, but I can't complain because they did a good job. I'd use them again.

I was given a pretty reasonable estimate by Dynamic Roofing Concepts. My next door neighbor had used them recently and from my conversation with her she was very pleased with their work. Mr. Colin called me on 8.9.16 to advice me that they'll be starting my roof on 8.10.16 and will be there by 8:am and should be done in three days providing it doesn't rain.. On the 13th three days after they started, the job was done. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up all debris that had fallen in my yard. The workers were friendly and polite and answered all my question regarding the progress and materials being used etc. The final price wasn't too much more than the estimate quoted to me. They had to replace some wood (which was explained to me before hand) at the time the estimate was done. I certainly would recommend Dynamic Roofing Concepts., for doing such an awesome job!

Dynamic Roofing, starting with Colin Clark, was a pleasure to deal with. His team who replaced the roof was courteous and very attentive to doing a quality job. From the quote to the final sweep, the process was smooth. We had them add the secondary water resistance to give us additional peace of mind against leaks as well as more discounts on our homeowners insurance. They even did a little more wood work upon request and the additional cost was very fair. I will definitely recommend Dynamic Roofing Concepts to all of my family, friends and associates who are in need of their services.

We hired Dynamic Roofing to replace the roof on our house and overall we had a good experience. I'd be lying if I claimed that every aspect of the project went 100% perfect, but for the most part we were very pleased. The roof looks beautiful and was done at a competitive price. I'd say our biggest praise was the cleanup--everything was spotless and as if no one had been there. Friends of ours who have dealt with roofs being replaced mentioned they had never seen such a good cleanup job. We would hire Dynamic Roofing again.

If we ever have to have roof work done again anywhere in this area we would immediately call on Dynamic Roofing Concepts and we will refer this company to our friends or anyone needing a new roof. From the beginning to the end of our new roof renovation the experience we had with them was exceptional. The company is professional, and very efficient. The project was a massive one and required a week to complete. The workers were always on time, courteous, and had a good attitude about the work they did.

I rate the performance at 98%. Having contacted six companies for quotes, Dynamic Roofing Concepts was the only company that responded with complete information pertaining to a proposal of contract. All other quotes required their inspector qualify the roof area and any additional potential work needed. Surprisingly, each had a different total roof area ranging from one square short to three squares over actual roof area and all replacement plywood at the cost of $50.00 per sheet. When Dynamic Roofing Concept's field rep, Chris Fanni, arrived at my home I was pleasantly surprised that he had four offers to review with me. They were the only company to use a satellite program to attain precise roof measurements. In their package they included 2 sheets of plywood, copies for my file of: Statutory Warnings, FL Dept of Business and Professional Regulation, Certificate of Insurance, and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Their crew performed proficiently, was on time, friendly and cleaned up any scrape. Very happy with the end results. The only reason I rated them at 98% was that I had to call their office to have the scrap hopper and left over materials removed from my driveway.

My roof was leaking and I needed a new one ASAP! After alot of careful research, I selected Dynamic Roofing Concepts over 7 other roofing companies because I felt they were going to give me the best quality in materials, workmanship and warranty. I felt they were honest and professional and displayed quite a bit of integrity in the presentation of their roofing estimate. After signing the contract, they came out to my house the next day with a giant tarp to temporarily stop the leak while waiting for the start date of the roofing job. It was a pleasure working with Colin Clark, owner of Dynamic Roofing Concepts. I had some concerns while my roof was going up and Colin stepped in immediately, listened to my concerns and got me the answers that I needed to put my mind at ease. I was impressed how responsive and caring he was. The roofing job took three days and I observed first hand how hard and diligent the crew worked...twelve long hours plus…in the extreme heat and under the threat of rain. They even cleaned up the job site of nails and debris at the end of each day. The final invoice came with photos of all the rotten decking they replaced with new wood. I was pleasantly surprised to see that. This company has shown me that they have good intentions and I feel if there is an issue they will try to resolve it. I feel Dynamic Roofing Concepts will stand behind their work…and that assurance is HUGE in my book. My new roof looks great and it doesn't leak anymore! I now have peace of mind in not seeing the "drip-drip" every time it rained (which is just about every day now). I would recommend Dynamic Roofing Concepts to anyone in need of a new roof! They put on my beautiful new roof!

They were very honest and reasonably priced. They did a great follow up. If I ever have any roofing issues again they will be the first people I will call.

Dynamic did an excelent job; they showed up on time, worked hard to get the job done on time, and communicated with us in a clear manner. Lara led the rooofing team and helped us understand what was being done and resoved some minor issues quickly and to our complete satisfaction. She went our of her way to esure that we understood what was going on and let us know about a couple of minor issues to get our input. At the end of the project there were no surprises regarding costs or work to be done. We are remodeling our home and are installing a kitchen vent that needs go through our roof. We did not know it had to be located prior to the replacement. Our Dynamic Roofing representative, Dan Brown agreed to send his crew out to locate the vent after our contractor identifies its location. Great service - Great job!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts did a excellent job!! I was very impressed with Chris Fanni with the estimate that he prepared for us... They were here on time and the workers were very pleasant and did a great job and when they were done the clean-up was awesome! I was told that the job was going to be 2 days and they were correct... I would recommend them to anyone...

The crew arrived on time and worked steadily to complete the job in 3 days despite extreme heat and threats of rain. Several supervisors visited the worksite and were always available to answer questions and resolve issues. The crew minimized the impact on my family and cleaned up after themselves. All work was completed professionally and to my satisfaction.

I liked Dynamic Roofing Concepts from the beginning when they came to my house to do a roofing proposal for me. They were very professional in appearance and knowledge. They also gave me brochures and samples of their products to look over which I liked very much. Other companies just gave me their proposal with no information about what products they use. My rep, Chris, was very patient with me in answering all my questions & concerns I had in making a decision. They use quality materials and I was given several options to select from. Out of about 5 different roofing company’s proposals, I chose them to replace my roof. They were reasonable in their pricing and they also mentioned to me about rebates I may be able to qualify for. Dynamic Roofing did a beautiful job on my roof within two days of starting and just before the rainy season in June started. I am very happy with my new roof and also not having to worry about anymore leaks &/or water damage to my home for at least for the next 25 years with their warranties options. I would strongly recommend giving Dynamic Roofing Concepts a try. Thank-you!

There were a few issues related to unexpected downpours, but the company handled them with professionalism. The final product looks great.

This was a very professional job. We bid out the job to 3 different companies (all with good ratings on Angie's list) Dynamic was the lowest bid by almost $1800 !!! They showed up when they said they would but we had to delay because of weather. Once the job started the workers showed up every day and worked a full day. They made sure we got dried in when there was weather coming and even worked on the weekend before TS Collin was coming to make sure we stayed dry. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and made sure the site was safe. We did get a nail in one of our tires when we left the site in the middle of the day but the foreman on our job told us to do whatever it took to fix it and the company would pay for it. We're very happy with the result and really like how the house looks. A+ job Dynamic!

Salesman Chris was very thorough in explaining all of our options and answering any questions we had. The crew was extremely professional and punctual, even showing up early on the second day to beat the rain. They did a thorough clean up when finished. We had questions concerning the flat roof installation after it was completed, and all of our questions were answered satisfactorily. Our new roof looks great and we would definitely recommend Dynamic Roofing.

Getting roof re-shingled is a big job and you want it done right so you don't encounter any problems. Its too soon to tell if I will have any problems. But I can tell you Colin is a good salesperson, he used good materials and his crew worked hard. Everything seems to have been done well so I don't foresee any problems. So I would recommend him. Also, Colin provided to have a wind mitigation report done so that will be helpful with homeowners insurance.
