Logan Briggs was an absolute joy to work with. He was always available for all of my questions. If i had any issues, he fixed them immediately. I would recommend anyone to work with him.

Total HomejRoffing is an AWESOME company. I highly recommend them. They replaced my 18 year old roof that had a few leaks. I was very impressed with the crew and their workmanship. They were very professional and safety and cleanliness were their number one priority. They laid down tarp around the perimeter of the house and covered up my two a.c for protection. I had 5 estimates and this company beat them all on price, service, and choice of material. IN All, the final project turned out great..I couldn't be happier .

Our sales rep, Craig Hancock explained the project in detail, told us what to expect each step of the way, and introduced us to our project managers. Craig came back to follow up and be sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. He actually came back when we had questions about other roofing projects, and helped us find solutions. The work crew was professional and focused. Our project, which was roofing garages in four buildings, was completed in less than a week. Each night everything was cleaned up and swept with a magnet to ensure there were no nails in our driveways. I really can't say enough about how good this company is. We have another roofing project coming up in a few years, and will definitely hire Total Home.

When I decided to go solar I realized I should replace my very old roof first. I proceeded to get 6 roofing estimates. Only 2 of the 6 actually went up on my roof! Craig Hancock from Total Home Roofing came to do an estimate. So very professional and knowledgeable, he examined my roof carefully and asked if I had contacted my insurance company. I had not and he said there was wind damage on the roof and suggested I call them as they might cover some of it. That thought had never even occurred to me. (I'm a rookie at this homeowner stuff - my first roof job) He even met the insurance adjuster and joined him on the roof! Lo and behold the insurance company covered 1/2 the cost of the new roof. I can't thank Craig enough. I was on a very tight schedule and the company changed up their usual routine to accommodate my schedule. The crew worked fast and efficiently to replace the roof. Everyone involved was helpful, professional and responsive from initial sales, to the roofing crew, to the administrative help in the office. A classy operation. I highly recommend them. The work crew did an excellent job. The roof and new skylights look great. However, I would suggest that they plug all downspout openings during their work. Even though they used a magnetic device to find and remove nails from the roof and yard on completion, many nails still flowed out of the downspouts for weeks after completion. When they replaced the fairly short gutters on the front of the house, they put them back at a very odd angle so that they do not drain well. I will have to call a gutter company to re-hang these.

I would give six stars to Total Home Roofing and Logan if I could. They have made an awful situation much more bearable through their dedication, knowledge and impeccable service! From first contact, Logan has turned this disaster into an easy to understand process and has been there all the way!

Hired in September and unfortunately paid early. Still trying to get my roofing project done.

This group is professional and lived up to all my expectations. I am retired, but spent my career in construction so I am careful and look for professionalism over low cost. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that gave me both. The attention to detail and constant contact to assure I was happy with their progress made me confident throughout the job that I had selected the best company.

My only issue was that there were 2 things they said they would do and they did not do them

Leo Hogan of Total Home Roofing was a pleasure to work with. The company did an excellent job and saved me thousands compared to smaller local roofing companies. I was not sure of the color I wanted and Leo made recommendations which were right on. The project was started and finished expeditiously and the roof looks great! I highly recommend this company.

We have a very old house and no one wanted the job because it was too hard. They replaced our spanish style roof. It looks EXCELLENT and we love it. Most professional and customer service driven people I know. I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

They did a great job, but after the job was done, I had some leaks. They were fixed, but they sent one guy for the roof repair and another guy for the interior repair, sometimes weeks apart.

Very professional company. We had a re-roof and have been very pleased with their service, communication, and attention to details. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

First rain after roof completed had a leak. 2 months, multiple contacts with multiple people at this company 5 times to come out and finally repaired. Not once did they recognize that I had extensive water damage inside the home because of the leak and how long it took them to actually fix it. Finally had to go through my insurance company to handle the 10K plus damage. Still out my $1,500 deductible. Have yet to hear from anyone at this company. They just wanted to avoid it and pretend it never happened so it would go away. I'd think twice before I'd hire them for anything.

Lower rating for value is because all roofers seem to have raised their prices 35-50% after Irma went through.
