Very prompt in returning my call, gave me a reasonable estimate, and was here within 1 hour of my requesting service. He was very courteous and professional and fixed my washer in about 20 minutes. I will DEFINITELY use Mr. T's again and recommend this company to anyone.

Sent out the request and Mr. T Appliance Repair, LLC called me immediately, made an offer, I accepted and he even came out on a Sunday to fix my washer. Awesome in all categories, will be calling again when I need my appliance fixed. Thank you Mr. T for a great job.

He was on time, and communicated well with me about when he would arrive. He even made an extra trip for me due to my error to bring me a good, clean working used dishwasher for a very reasonable price.He installed it for me, keeping the work area clean, and hauled away my old dishwasher. An appointment was made and then he called to ask if it could be rescheduled for later in the day which was fine with me. I waited 1/2 hr after the new appointment time and was told he left his tools at a previous job and could we reschedule again for 9am the following morning. When 9:30 arrived I called and he said he would arrive in 25 minutes, which he did. He checked the clothes dryer and determined the heat element was bad and told me the part was between $70-$80 plus (and he was doing me a favor here charging ONLY $100 labor) I subsequenty found out that the part costs $43 ... I asked if he takes credit cards (which is how I was originally prepared to pay) and he said "No". I was taken off guard a bit and after a few seconds I agreed to pay by check which was acceptable. It was less than 5 minutes when I called him and asked that he return the bad part and we weren't going to have him do the repair and he replied that if he brought the bad part back he wanted $50 CASH since he no longer trusted me because my first impression was to pay by credit card. He whined that his time was valuable which is why he wanted the $50 and I told him my time was valuable also and he screwed up my day when he was originally scheduled to come. He said he would go ahead and do the repair only if I had the cash. I told him I didn't and I wouldn't go to the bank to get the cash. He then hung up on me. I called him back, he said he did hang up on me and became even more beligerant. I continued discussion with him simply because we needed the dryer fixed ASAP and he finally agreed to take a check. He came, he fixed, got paid and left. No way will Mr. T be called back to our home.

I was told by Lowe's that my dryer was not covered. Mr T explained that it was only 5 months old and was covered by Samsung and I should call them. I did and they are going to send someone. Mr. T could have fixed it but was honest enough to refer me to Samsung. I will use him in the future if the need arises.

Mr. T stands by his work. He came to repair my ice maker. It proved to be a challenge, He charged a reasonable price. Through no fault of his own, he had to return twice (at no additional price) until the job was perfect. He was a delight and I appreciate his manner.
