Job is not completed yet due to weather but the work done so far looks great. Power washed a very dirty moldy screened lanai and it looks practically new again. Can't wait to see the completed project.

I needed a company that would hang a interior barn door and take out and away the pocket door that was there. Joe Naples came out quickly, gave me a quote I could live with. I went to Lowe's, picked out the Barn Door I wanted and Joe picked it up and the crew showed up 1/2 hour early and did the install. The crew was very Knowledgeable and had to put up trim and do a header above the door but were able to do things right and the cost was the same as quoted. I even tipped them $75. because I was happy with the workers and their friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend Island Property Maintenance.

My husband and I live in Venice and hired this company to remove several sets of HUGE glass sliding doors. Joe, the owner and his crew did a fantastic job! They were friendly, neat and most importantly completed the job flawlessly. The men cleaned everything once they were done leaving no trace of a mess behind at all. We were extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of this company and will definitely be using them again for more work in the future. These guys are great-I highly recommend them!

Joe Naples came out to check the work as he owns the company. However, the work was done by Danny who is A-OK in our book. He is old school--the job is done right to his standards and ours which matched. We were very impressed. No mess was left and we feel secure knowing that our front porch is properly repaired and our back porch is now properly reenforced. Thank you Joe and Danny for a job well done.

I needed all the batteries in my smoke detectors replaced which Joe did, with the exception of one which needed to be replaced. When the detector arrived, Scott came out and installed it. They also adjusted the temperature on my hot water heater and some cabinet doors in the kitchen. I was pleased with the work and the efficiency with which the jobs were performed.

Repair man did an excellent job. Had to get parts and did so in a timely way.Good job on very old doors.
