We recently hired Island Property Maintenance & Repairs to replace a laminate kitchen cabinet panel that had deteriorated due to heat/steam from our dishwasher. A well qualified representative scheduled an appointment on a timely basis and replaced the damaged panel with a custom sized and freshly painted wooden one. We are delighted with quality of the work and fairness of price. The representative was very pleasant, also. This was the second time we have hired Island. A couple years ago they repaired and repainted our lanai ceiling. They did an excellent job that still looks great.

The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He took pictures of my gutters before his cleaning and after. Excellent way for me to see what he had completed. I will use this company in the future!

These gentleman know the meaning of hard work, they were professional, easy to communicate with , and very thorough threw out the whole process. Their craftsmanship, yes, "craftsmanship" Was impeccable. To take out 30 yr old windows and install new ones to perfection blew me away, not to mention at a reasonable price, I am still speechless at how great they look. 100 % satisfied & ready for them to do my next project. Joe always gets the job done. The new custom enclosure looks great. The man drove down after the hurricane to check on how the door/window boarding held up and to make sure the property was OK. A true professional.

So I get this nasty email on 6/28/19 from this guy Joe Naples , I submitted a bad review 3 years ago but never hit the submit option, so when I gave a good review on the fence company and submitted it, it must have posted at that time. I wish I could attach the email here. He says the job was completed in June of 16, I didn t even meet him till August of 16. Then it took until November and he never finished the job. So he says I still owe him $900 but I had to hire somebody else to finish the work. Although he claims that the work was completely done. He never finished installing the counter tops. So Joe, keep your emails and I think you know what to do with them!!!
