Thrilled with the work, install new floor, fix ceiling, install baseboard. Have had terrible work in the past and they came in and corrected everything. More than I expected. Do not hesitate to call them.

Island Property Management completely re-did our front porch from top to bottom and it looks amazing! Electrical work they performed for us was also great. We will use them again on a rolling project and other projects going forward. Prompt and professional and reasonably priced!

Joe and his crew, Jerry,and Randy were awesome. They did everything on our punch list in a very professional and timely manner. They were neat and cleaned up after each project. You want the pro's for your repairs and projects, these guys are your best bet.
