They had a little problem with the thing and it took a little longer then normal. The workers were nice and friendly.

Had the dealer balance the tires 2 times and still an issue. H3 started the process all over again and now the tires are balanced properly. Had other work done in the past (A.C. New Tires ect)and it is always done right the first time.

Called for appointment.  Arrived.  H3 found driver's compartment A/C filter very  dirty and needed replacement.  They called and received approval before replacing. Other work included oil change, lubrication. filters replacement, tire rotation  and overall check of vehicle.  Work done promptly and completely.

They've always been excellent for us. They were always very helpful. I would rate them an excellent company. They care about their customers let's put it that way. They are very accommodating. I think they are not overpriced.

Made appointment, arrived on tine and car was taken right in and serviced.  Finished in about 30 - 40 minutes,

We love this family owned business. After not so great experiences with other mechanics, we've found them to be trustworthy, not high pressure, and great at diagnosing what's wrong with our vehicles.

We moved here recently from another state, and it is a relief to have found a reliable auto shop so soon.  They remind me of my former family-run shop, but they are more organized, in that they take appointments, and I got my car back in the time they said it would take.  My Outback had just had its 60,000 mile tune-up within the last two months, which included changing the belts.   While driving it to our new home during the move, it started to occasionally squeal and smell like burning rubber.  I took it to H3 to check it out, and get an oil change.  They said that one of the belts, while still in good shape, was ill-seated, and they fixed it. 

The car leaked a little bit of oil for the next two weeks, and I discovered that I needed a new bulb in the headlight, so I returned.  Turns out the wrong type of gasket, which usually works, had been used, but they switched it out for a metal one.
From the lady who answers the phone, to the young men at the desk, I enjoyed dealing with them.  They were very friendly, and informative, explaining things along the way.  Most importantly, I think they are trust-worthy.  I will return with my other vehicle.

We take our cars there for service.  They don't try to tack on extra stuff to make the bill higher.  They have done quality work.
