Kudos to Katy Langkamp, my Project Manager. She was very informative and walked me through the entire process, a true professional..you can trust whatever Katey says will get done and if she wasn't sure she got the info back to me asap. Very trustful and it was great doing business with her and Get Coastals. Thanks to the work crew, especially Able, who answered my concerns during the installation. Thanks to Jared for honoring a previous quote months earlier they were able to match. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job by good people at a great price.

My experience throughout the process from sales to worker, to project manager was outstanding. They communicated well and kept me informed. They did the job they agreed to do at the price quoted in a timely manner Would use again without hesitation

Professional and all around great experience

The crew made tire ruts in the yard from the debris truck. When requested to repair; I had to give them my rakes where they just raked leaves into the ruts instead of properly replacing them with soil. This could have been handled properly by using plywood to drive over. When I inspected the roof there were 2 pieces of tarpaper left on the solar panel which I removed. Multiple loose roofing nails remained along with the solar PVC which I removed. The project manager is handling the above issues so this will not occur in the future. *Communication with the company was excellent. The field representative was honest and always answered my calls and questions even after completing the project. Only time will tell if problems occur with roofing. *I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has roofing issues.

I had Get Coastal replace my asphalt shingle roof. The crew arrived on time and started to remove the old shingles. About two hours into the job I got a call from the companies estimator saying that he had forgotten to include nearly half the roof in his estimate and that the estimate was nearly $7000 low. I talked with the owner and he agreed that the mistake was at their end. We agreed that I would pay for the extra materials that were needed and half the labor and that Get Coastal would absorb the rest of the cost. The project was completed on time and workmanship is outstanding.

Prompt,came when they said they would. Took the exact amount of time they estimated and no surprise cost additions after the job was done. Very pleased.

Crew did an excellent job. Crew and salesperson Katy were great to work with. They kept me informed and gave me all the info that I asked for. They watched out for my dogs. They did the job quickly and safely. They cleaned up.

The experience-outstanding since in 2006 when I had to replace the roof it was a nightmare.. Highly recommend Coastal Exteriors.

Tony and the crew were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job on a disintegrating roof. The last time we had the roof replaced, we went with a cheaper estimate. The job they did was awful . Tony and his crew fixed all of the problems and we are confident our roof will last this time. It looks great too!

Once roof was opened the roofer took pictures and explained the condition of roof and made additional repairs at no additional cost Awesome service!

Nick did a great job of presenting their products and services. Get Coastal was the only company who actually showed me product samples and gave a verbal explanation of their process. The work was done on schedule and they did a perfect job of cleaning everything up when they were done.

out of five other companies that I contacted, they were the only one who came to my house, walked on the roof and offered more than the other companies. Had a little communication issue at first but they stood tall and protected my home. Hopefully I will never need them again, but I WOULD rehire.

We had the pleasure of working with Tony for our salesman. He went over everything with us in full before we signed the contract and was available at all times if we had any questions. Our crew was great. Trey made sure they got started on time and followed up before inspection. Jared second in command at the company contacted us and went over all the financials and made we were happy before any payment was requested. Great team work! The company works together to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Wonderful Experience!

Everyone that I had contact with at Coastal was very polite and professional. They completed my reroof in one day in spite of delayed delivery from their supplier. The crew worked right through until the job was completed. Very satisfied.
