I obtained quotes form a few roofing companies and the price was about the same for each one. The reason I went with Get Coastal is because of Tony. He was the third person to come out and take a look at the roof and he was the first person to offer to throw a little glue (or something like that lol) on the exposed nails to add a little safety until I was able to replace the roof. This was an amazing extra step that he didn't HAVE to do but it made a difference to me. Plus you can tell how much he loves his job which is great. The roof was completed in the time frame they gave me. I have no complaints. Highly recommend them!

They had to adjust the start time of the job as the customer's roof ahead of me took longer than anticipated. But they came the next day at 8 a.m. and finished by 12:30 (noon). Cleaned up completely and left everything neat and ordered. The only discrepancy with them was a customer service issue. I was told by the company inspection team leader that he would come by and inspect the finished job. I spoke with him by phone but never met him and didn't get a technical approval evaluation of the job. But I liked the appearance of the job and there was rain the next day after and all was well ..no leaks of other issues.

They came when they said they would be there.. Did a great job. Cleaned up, didn't leave any dirt at all, dragged a magnet rod all around to pick up any loose nails.

My roof job, January 2020. The representative explained in detail the job, the guarantees, the timing, etc. The crew was professional,fast. careful of my plants, lawn decorations, etc, and cleaned up after so no nails or debris remained. Their price was fair, their work, meticulous.We had a really windy storm days after completion, and there was no trouble at all with the new shingles. I would definitely hire them again.

Our roof was installed on 1/14/2020. We have not had any rain yet so I dont know exactly how to rate this. As for the work crew 🤗, the office crew 💝 and the kindness of this company,....I give an A+. So far the roof looks buetiful🤗🤗. And the experience has been very good for us.

Nobody likes having their roof re-shingled but I have to say Warren Miller and Get Coastal Exteriors were a pleasure to do business with.

Get Coastal Exteriors did a great job on our roof. They used peel and stick rubberized underlayment over the entire decking for extra leak protection and the shingles look great. The county inspector also told me they did a good job.

Devin, the rep, always made sure my questions were answered and open to suggestion. Job well done.
