WATCH OUT FOR ADD ON FEES MISTAKES ON SUPPLY ORDERS.

We were a bit disappointed that our shrubs and outdoor furniture was not covered during the roof replacement. There has been bits of shingle and nails in the shrubs, front porch, back patio and on the lawn, even after numerous rains in the last 10 days since they finished. Otherwise they were a hard working crew. Finished the job in 2 days.

Working with Tony was an absolute joy

Not so good. We received the quote for the valley leak causing internal ceiling stains on 6/21/2019. We wanted the job done before I went into the hospital for knee replacement surgery the end of July 2019...this was explained to them. They commenced the project the day before my surgery and couldn't finish it because they needed to get tiles. The job was allegedly completed while I was in the hospital. We noticed another leak in the same area January 2020, called and Tray said someone would come 1/6/2020. Elmer came to make repairs on 1/9/2020. We had no major rain after that. In May 2020, our roof-mate was having her side power washed and we had the same guy do ours, he pointed out several broken tiles in the same valley we supposedly had repaired and he took pictures for us. Heavy rains came the first of June and we phoned the office because we had a new leak and no one called back. We phoned again on the 4th of June and the office told us to call Tony, we did and Tony came right out. He said he would have Tray, the project manager get back to us; and, it is now 2 weeks later and no one has responded and the rainy season is upon us. I'm not satisfied with this company at all. Our production manager was Devon. His presentation was superb. He showed us samples and provided our choices. The office staff, Nicole and Natasha, were very nice and kept me apprised as my project neared it's start date. There were a couple of snags along the way, but Devon stepped right in to correct our issues. The end result was a beautiful new root with wind mitigation for our insurance company.

Tony Nichols was very professional and didn't come across as a salesperson, rather an educator about roof materials; things I know nothing about. The materials were top quality and the price fair. He left me with a complete brochure and information on how the process would go step-by-step. Days later I received a follow-up letter from the president of Get Coastal Exteriors. That was impressive. Tony stopped by the house both days during the project and assured me I had the best team working for me, which gave me a great level of comfort. Everything turned out great! I would highly recommend Get Coastal Exteriors.

Not going to be the cheapest but if it s quality your looking for in both materials and craftsmanship then this is who you should hire.

I had 3 estimates to completely replace my asphalt roof. Prices and materials were actually very comparable. I chose Get Coastal Exteriors because Warren was the only salesman that physically went up on the roof during the estimate. I also liked that I didn't have a dumpster left in my driveway overnight. The whole job was professionally completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a small covered porch that needed reroofing in order to sell the house. Get Coastal was prompt, courteous and did a good job EXCEPT, in order to save us money, they told us we did not need permit as it was considered a repair since it was so small. However, the city thought differently, and we ended up having to give the buyers an extra $1500 so the roof would pass inspection.

We'll see how the roof performs after a really good rain storm. My guess is very good.
