I had a great experience with Get Coastal Exteriors. Tony was my contact person and he was very honest and fair with his price quote. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. He started my roof 3 weeks earlier than expected...in time for Christmas...wow!!! My new roof was placed while I was out-of-the-State (as a snowbird) and he sent me photos of the workerâ s progress and final work. Iâ m very pleased with the quality of work and dedication to our project. They completed the work in a day and 1/2 and left my property spotless. I will recommend them to other neighbors as well. My only issue was with communication with the customer. The crew doing the work was very good but there only spoke broken English, which would not have been a problem if they had a foreman that could communicate with the customer. All in all they did quick quality work that I am very satisfied with so far.

From sakes to roofers, the staff and employees were professional and courteous. The roofing project was timely and clean up great. I would recommend Get Coastal for any roofing project. This was a roof repair to fix a leak caused by a damaged shingle. The experience led to disappointment caused by several things from showing up the first time without notice and not having the materials for the job to not doing the job per the contract. Knowing I would be paying more compared to another bid, I picked this company for their reviews and customer attention provided by the salesman, Devin. While the crew worked hard and the final repair looks good, a full sheet of plywood was not installed as written in the contract. Instead, a patchwork of 2 smaller, adjacent pieces were cut from the plywood sheet and installed. My attempts to call attention to this while the job was in progress with the project manager there were unsuccessful. I was told what was being done is sufficient and trust they did a good job that will last a very long time. What I have in writing is a 1-year no-leak guarantee. This is why I did not want to assign individual ratings because it is too early to judge the work quality for the contracted amount paid. However, you cannot submit a review if you do not provide a rating. Doing a job this way cannot be efficient for the company and leads to customer disappointment. I certainly do hope the repair outlasts the remaining life expectancy of the roof. But at this time, I cannot refer to this company based on what we experienced.

Zach was my salesman, he and his manager were very knowledgeable,, They explained their products and how they worked together. Zach did a thorough check of my roof to see what I would need done. They gave a lot of information, but were not in the least pushy. They were my first contractor to check out and Zach told me that they would recommend at least three estimates before I chose. After I chose their products they got the work done in a very timely manner. Zach and the girls in the office were very helpful every time I called. One of the office staff even brought some additional needed materials so that the workers could continue working and not have to send someone for them. Workers were very nice too. Job was well done. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Having a roof replaced is a huge investment. We have all heard the horror stories of bad roofing companies. Get Coastal Exteriors is not one of those companies. If you are willing to acknowledge that for a little bit more money you can get a top notch, superior quality, worry free roof done right the first time then make the right choice. Zac absolutely blew me away with his presentation. He asked questions I never thought to discuss and after meeting several other companies I realized they were not even in the same league. They offer the latest and greatest, with tons of options. Not some cookie cutter roof plan that everyone gets. All in all 5 stars all around. This was such a pleasant experience which is very shocking knowing all the fears I had going into it. Thanks again Zac and Get Coastal.

Egregious and way overpriced estimation. Unwilling to negotiate a fair price for actual work done. The estimate was $3500 for 1-day labor and resources. The job required less than a gallon tar, one shingle replaced, 35 minutes of labor, charged $849 after numerous attempts to negotiate a fair billing. Two estimates researched after payment made; estimates researched less than $700.

The 2 guys that tiled house here 8am till 630pm to finish job worked hard all day only. Told them amazing job. Made sure after removal all cleaned after tiled all cleaned.. great people.

This company promises the moon then takes your money and leaves you with a leaking roof! They were hired to locate the source of a leaking porch roof. We replaced the entire section advises 2 times in 3 years. Paying full price for it by them and still leaking!!! Lots of damage inside and no resolution from them. Had multiple employees take a look at it in person and they all say something different about how to fix it. I do not recommend them.

Tony was great. Had some problems at the end with two issues but mostly have it worked out.

I had Coastal Exteriors for a roof repair. Customer service was really good as Tony sold me almost immediately. He was quite responsive when I called many times to determine a start date once 2 weeks passed. I was told they would start to work within 2 weeks but because of the weather, it took 5 weeks for them to get started. I thought it was a bit pricey but I don't know the cost of reroofing. Perhaps its within the normal range. As to quality, again I cannot report on this as roofing barrel tile is new to me. If I had to do it again, I would rehire them. I have no real complaints - I was just worried that a hurricane would come before I could have the roof fixed. This is my first season in Florida and everything seems new for this old lady.

I had 8 companies look and bid my new roof. These guys came through to get it done timely and at a good price. Any issues were dealt with immediately. Highly recommend!!

I am very pleased with this experience. They came in and had the roof stripped and dried in in one day and shingles loaded on the roof. Next day replaced all bad lumber facia prepared for inspection. Next day came in and completely completed my roof. Very happy very pleased very satisfied
