CCD is the best dental practice we have ever used. They have the latest technology, are knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They have us flossing regularly! The only issue we have is that they are very, very busy. You MUST make your next 6-month appointment at your current appointment, and woe to you if you need to change it, as you will wait 4-6 months from the day you call for the next appointment.

Found them highly rated on AL 3 years ago when new to the area and everything went well. They are good so they get booked early for months on out. But, the standard of care is excellent and the office staff and doctor(s) are very friendly and pleasant.

From making the appointment to completing the visit all went smoothly and well. The office is large and pleasant and the staff attentive, and focused on comfort. Since it was my first visit and I had new insurance they took the time to go over my plan and what was/was not covered. They did not argue when I said no to some optional services. I was very happy with the dental services as well the care I received.

We both felt that there was a general lack of integrity in several instances while there and we will not return. Seems like the practice was more interested in extracting all the money they can rather than being interested in the desires of the patient.
Charges were also out of line.

They didnt have me wait long at all. Even during cleanings I never wait very long. But this particular day the wait was crucial. The dentist and assistant took me back and discovered my tooth had broken and the piece was lodged in my gum between two teeth. They corrected the problem, filled my tooth and I was on my way. It was excellent service. They spent a good hour on me despite being added on to an already busy day for them and they didn't hesitate. They made me comfortably physically and emotionally. I have been to my share of dentists in my life (5 total) and they are by far my favorite and the most knowledgeable. Great staff. The office runs very well. always a pleasant experience there.

Excellent. I love this office staff and office. They are very friendly and professional. They do all the paperwork and insurance checks for us. All we have to do is to show up. They have a very busy office but they put me and my son on their and quot;call sooner if cancellation happenand quot; list and they got both of us in a good couple of weeks to 1 month earlier than our original appointments. I wasn't able to take their first or second cancellations calls because they were too early in the morning but they never gave up or forgot about me. They kept calling me when they had cancellations and eventually on the 3rd or 4th call, the time worked perfectly for me so I was able to get my regular check up, cleaning and filling done within 3 weeks of my call. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions even if they are repeated. Excellent education which I never received from my previous hygienist or dentist. Dr. Mooney is our dentist and she is personable and upbeat. I like her and she is happy to get to know us as patients. Everyone at this office is very nice and pleasant to work with. They all have big smiles on their faces and easy going, not cold or distant or unfriendly, not snobbish or too busy to really to get to have a nice conversation about life and family, etc. It just makes it so much better when one feels that one is getting excellent care in a friendly and upbeat environment. Their office decor and size and organization are all excellent. I'm a patient for life. Just hope they continue their excellent service and not decline for any reason.

They are very trustworthy. I've gone to her a few times and are going to them again in the future.

She is knowledgeable and professional. She doesn't hurt me, which is important for a dentist. She is just wonderful.
