Recommended Walter to my neighbor who has a similar problem. He plans to call within the next 2 weeks.

I couldn't get any other company to come and fix a leak in our pool equipment. Amazon cam though and did a great job! The work was well done and Walter was very personable and really took care of the problem.

Our pool was in terrible condition after flooding by Debbie . Pool was green & smelled terrible. Walter had to empty , cleaned with chemicals & then refill with clean water. I highly recommend Amazon pools for your pool renovation. The owner Walter was a pleasure to work with and confidently addressed all of our concerns during our pool renovation which involved the removal and replacement of the water line tile in our 22 year old pool. His employee worked tirelessly in the heat and rain to complete our renovation in just 2 days. Thanks Walter for a job well done!!

I needed to have an 8 foot section of glass tile (above the water line) replaced. They seem to be pretty busy, so they were a little slow to respond initially and needed a little prompting from my side. But, in the end, they showed up, did the job well and, most importantly, didn't leave a big mess in and around my pool. I'm very happy. Most importantly, a lot of these companies just give you the "oh, we don't do repair jobs, but if you need your whole pool re-tiled, we can help you" line. They are now permanently on my "do not contract with" list. Amazon took on my repair job and did it well - and if I ever have a bigger restoration job to do, they're going to get my business because they took on the smaller job when I needed them.
