Walter has a very friendly personality and is very knowledgeable regarding swimming pools and heating systems. He assisted in providing me several quotes of pool heat pumps, and after making a selection, he outlined the procedure for getting it installed. The price we agreed upon was reasonable and included everything to complete the install. It was a "turnkey" installation. It was completely installed one week after signing the contract. We communicated back and forth by phone, e-mail and texts. I will definitely call upon Amazon Pools when it's time to re-finish the pool.

Walter contacted us within a couple of hours of our posting on Home Advisor and came the next business day to invetigate the problem with our pool heater. Major repair required, decided to replace which was done within a few days at what I considered a resasonable price.

Walter and his crews were very professional and caring for all the destruction caused by Irma. They did an excellent job repairing and re coating the pool on a very timely schedule. I'm sure we will have many more years of enjoyment ahead. I highly recommend Amazon pools.

Walter was a very knowledgeable pool service tech, we had a little conflict of schedule because of a project that he could not help but other then that top notch.

After first visit and unsuccessful repair, made several promises and appointments to return, but never did. Won't return phone call. Now we're requesting a refund, but no response.

Had them check our pool for leaks and also installed a rail for the pool.

I had a variable speed pump put in. The price was cheaper than any other quote I received. The work was done faster than anyone else was able to. What else needs to be said. The work was neat and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

A year ago had a leak in pool. They inspected and sealed the cracks but the leak continued. After 4 service calls the leak still is there. Appointments promised were not kept. My latest calls were not returned so I assume I am not going to get my pool repaired. I must say the owner was nice until my last calls weren't returned.
