The job was bid accurately, and the work van was quick and clean and perfect in his work. We need to have pool tiles reset and re-grouted and it was done right

The work quality was good, not excellent. There were several mistakes. The step tiles were not installed. The under water light could not be mounted flush to the wall. The spa heater could not work because they had failed to plug the drain holes and they were clogged. When notified of this problem with the heater, they came out and told me that they would return on the next business day to correct the problem and then failed to return. They did not even have the professional decency to contact me. I had to have someone else come to fix it,

Began my project when he said he would and completed the job ahead of schedule.

They did a great job on my skimmer and excavating and placing a drain in a planter connected to the pool. The last company did a terrible job but Walter and Bill fixed it properly.

Experience was great. Owner and workers were professional and friendly. My calls were answered in a timely manner and everything was done as described. Would highly recommend them. I had pool tiles replaced.

Walter is a very nice man .Tried to fix problem 4 times always came back but I think he sort of have up. I am out 285.00 dollars and still have the same problem when first came still leaks the same amount . Just put in water.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The work done was excellent and the workers were fast, efficient and friendly. I do feel the customer service left a little to be desired. Walt was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. However, my overall feeling was that they spread themselves too thin and my pool was not high on their priority list. Some appointments were missed or they were late and the project took far longer than I would have hoped. I will say Walt did try to make it right by doing some extra work and not charging me and I appreciated that. Overall, very satisfied with the work and I would recommend them.

I trusted my judgement to go with a company that was run by the OWNER..and I was not disappointed. Hands on, follow up,first class all the way...highly reccomend
