Walter, was great! He contacted me immediately and came to my house to offer an estimate. He returned the next day and promptly did the job. I would recommend him highly.

They were on time, courteous and everything looks great at a fair price.

Amazon Pools resurfaced our pool in November of 2018 and included a 10-year warranty. For the past 5 months, we have had streaks and marks appearing on the surface and have tried without success to contact Walter at Amazon Pools. He seemed sincere when we hired them but now after paying them over $5,500 he will not return phone calls or emails after our repeated calls and email to him. He is just non-responsive and apparently will not stand behind his work. Do not hire Amazon Pools unless you want to accept the work without the promised warranty.

I hired them to resurface the pool and then place a pool heater. We changed our mind about the heater after we paid for it and now they wont call or return emails or refund my remaining money. They jiust dropped off the face of the earth. I have reported them to the Better business bureau and now to the licensing board- not sure where else to go other than legal action- Initially they were responsive and now nothing!- Do NOT hire them!

Honest and Reliable. I was happy to get the quote from Amazon. It was provided in a couple of days and it was fair and reasonable. Many other companies we contacted stood us up as no shows or were asking a lot more for a lot less and would not provide it in writing. Walter provided a courteous and affordable alternative.

Walter from Amazon Pools listened to me and what I wanted done to resurface, add a new handrail at the steps, and update my pool’s tile and equipment. As a result he got the job and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

He was very unprofessional, kept trying multiple times to have inspection sent and inspection was not done properly. There was a major issue that should have been addressed at the time of the inspection and never was. He did not return my phone calls in a timely manner - called 12 times in 3 months, and there were 2 problems and only one was addressed for the inspection. The other problem was brought to my attention by the pool maintenance professional who knew of it when the previous owners had the pool. There was a linear crack in the coping the tile needed to be re-tiled. They did not inspect the pool properly. He gave me a verbal report and will not send the hard copy.

I worked with Walter on discovering and fixing a leak in a pool I had no prior knowledge of. Walter also helped us fix the pool heater. In both instances Walter diagnosed the problems and explained his findings and options. Many companies immediately tell you something needs to be replaced. After discussing the solutions with Walter I picked my path forward and Walter completed the job.

Walter & his Crew were outstanding.. My pool looks brand new and it was built in 1989. They were on time, explained the procedure, took their time with my old pool and did an amazing job. Even Jennifer who maintains my pool was amazed and she was impressed by the instructions Walter gave to her for the chemicals. I had three quotes, read all the reviews and decided on Amazon Pools and I am so happy I did. Next for me with this company, pressure wash the pavers and seal them. Thank you Walter and Amazon Pools! I hired Amazon pool to find and repair a leak that am sure cost me thousands of dollars in water bills over the past several months. They quoted me a price and I set a date and time. They came when they showed up on time, they found and repaired several leaks, and charged me exactly what the quoted me. They even came back the next day to check the job. I would differently use them again and highly recommend them.

Fastest response ever! They arrived on time, extremely courteous. They repaired a leak in my pool and installed a light fixture. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I would hire them again in an instant!
