Walter called minutes after I registered with HomeAdvisor, was very polite and replaced my timer switch within 40 hrs . This was unusually quick process in my area of residence.

My pool looks very nice and Walter and his crew did a good job.

I found Amazon to be very professional. The work was very good. It did take more time than I would have imagined, but I guess it needed it! Overall, I would suggest them for their work to paint/repair any pool. I was satisfied!

Amazon pool was very honest and direct , started the project on time and finished on time. Very please with the efficiency and quality of work did. Yes I would recommend them to others.

This company called, came over, took a picture of the broken part, went away for 20 minutes, returned, installed the part, and left. He even got the part I needed for half the price I could buy it for online. And I did not have to wait 2 to 3 days for the part, just 20 minutes. Great job!

These guys were terrific. I am a female disabled veteran and my service dog escaped from my home and ran towards 41 when they first arrived. Walter the owner, and Bill immediately took off running, captured my dog and returned her back home to me.Their concern for me and my dog began a "caring relationship" that I hope will continue for years.They assessed my pool problems, totally corrected them, and charged me accordingly.This is the ONLY pool co. in our area that I did not mind paying when Walter presented me with my bill because their work is fully guaranteed! Owner pride is evident!

Walter is a great person to deal with did a fantastic job on our pool.

We were very disappointed. 1 They didn't come for their appt. on the date scheduled. 2. they were late bringing the solar blanker. 3 they took our container for chlorine and was supposed to fill it and b ring it back. (we still don't have.it )The heater has a leak in the connections. I informed them about this and said they would fix it when they delivered the solar blanket. they however did not fix it. (it is still leaking) We understood that the quoted price included the tax but after installing it they informed us that it did not include the tax.

This company responded the day after Christmas when others could not.

Amazon Pools was communicative and skilled. He located hard-to-find parts for our pool heater and installed them.

I had a problem with my pool heater. Walter was onsite 30 mins after I called him. My heater failed on a Friday at 4pm and was fixed by Monday afternoon. I think if it failed on a Thursday then Walter would have fixed it the next day. Great service and price. If you need your pool fixed right, fast and at a good price call Walter at Amazon pools.

Good value, do exactly what was talked about in a very timely manner. Walter explained how heater needs to operate, and I like that there was no hidden costs. I will call them back for future work.

The owner came out to explain exactly what was to be done to resurface my pool and gave me a detailed estimate. I watched as they proceeded to do exactly what was in the estimate.
