I was very pleased with Amazon Pools. Walter came right away to give me a quote and explained my options. The workmanship was professional. It looks like a new pool with the pebble tech coating. On time, done right, good price. Definitely recommend this company. Thanks again for a job well done.

Walter came right over as soon as I contacted him regarding our needed repairs to our pool. His price for the repairs was fair, and he showed up right on time on the appointed day for the project which was completed in one day. Our 14 yr old pool looks brand new and we are very satisfied customers!

got the work done right the first time

I ordered decal on the pool steps but the workers did not instlall them before re-surfacing the pool. I did not get charged for them but the salesmen did not communicate well to the pool workers.

I liked the fact that Walter came by every day to check on the work being done. So far, everything is absolutely in excellent shape - I would recommend his company and him to anyone who asked. I probably would have rated the "customer service" higher if he had not had an emergency with his father in the hospital and I would not have had to waste a whole day not knowing why no one showed up - no phone call - nothing - but other than that, I was extremely pleased with this company.

Changing contractors is never easy, after the last pool vendor disaster I was very concerned about reliability and delivering what they bill for. Amazon Pool so far has shown that you can find a company that will provide a level of excellent you can rely on.

WALTER INSTALLED NEW SQ110 ELECTRIC HEAT PUMP & PROVIDED THE ELECTRICIAN. HE ALSO REPLACED A FLOW SENSOR & "T" FOR THE SALT CELL. SO FAR ALL IS GOOD. WE STARTED THE HEATER 12/12/14 & INTEND TO HEAT THE POOL ALL WINTER. WALTER RECOMMENDED "COVER FREE" TO HELP W/ EVAPORATION & HEAT LOSS INSTEAD OF A SOLAR BLANKET SINCE THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN ON & OFF. SO WE OPTED FOR THE TRADE-OFF OF A BIT MORE HEAT LOSS & EVAPORATION & LESS BOTHER. WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES.

Their price came in at about 2/3 rds of the next lowest bidder. I thought I'd give them a try. They were great. They offered money saving suggestions and really came through for me. I live in Venitia. I would highly recommend Amazon pools.

Walter was excellent in responding to my request and replaced my pool pump and filter as scheduled the following day.
