Well I hired Walter and pointed out some specifics I wanted worked on (green mold in corners of tile work and grout of tile work, from lack of proper brushing from the last yahoo I hired), and it didn't get touched. Might be Walter didn't translate it to his employee. As well, not one mention of paramount six port pool caddy going bad. (this was obvious from the noise it was making). I didn't realize what the noise was trying to tell me. But sure seems like he.they would of known this. But even giving benefit of doubt, I called and left a message for Walter when I realized what had happened, and left email, no response.

They did a very good job. Recommended a good product and installed it professionally.

Excellent service, reasonable cost!

Several times over two hours late or had to reschedule. However, they did a great job when they arrived to do the job.

Excellent work. I had some issues with the one of the subs that forgot to close the pool drain at the pump prior to turning the pump back on which resulted in draining a large amount of water from the pool before I found the problem. Walter has agreed to cover the cost of the water to refill the pool without any reluctance though so other than the inconvenience the final value is excellent.

Walter (owner) was easy to work with and hires experienced folks with excellent work ethics.
