Great job! Bill the sales man really impressed us with his demonstration and presentation. Got a great price. Used to have single-pane aluminum awning and jallasee windows that were letting in a ton of heat and they did not provide hurricane protection. These new windows from paradise are pure virgin vinyl, 100% energy-efficient, hurricane-proof for all catagory storms, and secure against burglars! Also they have the most airtight windows on the market too! Their installers are master craftsmen, they did a fantastic job installing my entire house of windows and doors in two days and cleaned up everything when they were done! Love my new windows, Paradise did a great job! They do all the remeasuring, HOA approvals, permitting, install, and city inspection for you! Very happy! Highly recommend!

Signed agreement on 4/5/2018 with Sales Representative, Bob Sabarese* 8//7/2019** completed job (with them still having to come back for tub repairs this coming weekend and minor "touch-up" items (whenever they can get back!). * If you have ANY issues during the process, DON'T EXPECT any assistance from Bob Sabarese. You can leave him phone messages and he will respond eventually but he DOES NOT help if you have an issue (as we most certainly had during the installation!)... he made his sale and he did not assist us AT ALL. ** Our windows were installed on Friday and Saturday (July 27 - 28) but they were FAR FROM BEING completed and would NOT have passed the final county inspection (per David w/ Paradise on August 7). On Tuesday, July 31st I received a phone call from Paradise rep, saying our final inspection was scheduled for AUGUST 30, 2018... THIRTY-THREE days from when Paradise "semi-completed" the installation and almost FIVE MONTHS since we signed the agreement. The Paradise rep who called to tell me I'd have to wait until August 30, was as unprofessional as one could be... I told him that I did not want to wait 30 more days until the final inspection, with the condition my windows were in, and the fact that Paradise was PAID IN FULL... his attitude over the phone was cold and basically, unconcerning. OH, by the way, we paid half down on April 5th ($6,286.00)... LET THE BUYER BEWARE (and shame on US!!) because we did not realize we were to pay the balance WHEN THEY ARRIVED ON SITE AND BEFORE THE JOB WAS TO COMMENCE! DO NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT IF PARADISE WANTS YOU TO PAY THE BALANCE OFF BEFORE THEY COMPLETE THE JOB AND YOU RECEIVE THE FINAL INSPECTION... THIS IS SERIOUS! If I were not insistent with the Paradise rep, when he told me the final inspection was scheduled for August 30th, at the time of this review (August 10), I would still have incomplete window installations that "would not have passed the final inspection" by the county. On Wednesday, August 1, I emailed the owner, Daniel Beckner and the General Manager, Tina Beckner, telling them I was not happy with having to wait until August 30, 2018, for the final inspection and then they would finish the windows, AND THE FACT that PARADISE was paid in full... $12,574.00 and we were "stuck" with windows that was not completely installed... I never heard back from Daniel Beckner nor Tina Beckner... On August 2, I heard back from Zachary Ruderman, Inspections/Service, via email, saying he apologized for the "misunderstandings regarding job #5962" but my final inspection was still set up for August 30th.. I was furious because Mr. Ruderman did not even address my primary concerns that PARADISE WAS PAID IN FULL and I would have to wait another 33 days from when they left my house on July 28th, with windows that were NOT FINISHED (not to mention the damage to our garden tub; for which is to be repaired tomorrow, Saturday, August 11.).. Friday, August 3, I sent Mr. Ruderman pictures. He called me saying that our NEW master bathroom window (which replaced our 49" x 56" block window) would have to be uninstalled and reinstalled because it needed to be placed closer to the interior bathroom wall and that Paradise would have a crew out to my house on Monday, August 6th, between 10 - 10:30 AM... and that he would "try" to have our final inspection performed before Friday, August 10th. Monday, August 6th - 11:54 AM - NO PARADISE CREW... NO CALL FROM PARADISE! I CALLED THEM. I am told that a supervisor would call me back. 2:30PM, NO CALL FROM PARADISE... I CALLED THEM BACK and asked to speak to the owner, Daniel Beckner. The Paradise rep said she would pass along my message. Shortly afterwards, I receive a phone call, NOT FROM THE OWNER, but from Eric Beckner, Installation, saying my bathroom window WOULD NOT have to be uninstalled and reinstalled, it would just need to have more build-up of stucco / and trim work (on the inside) to make the job complete.... he would have a crew out the next day and he scheduled the final inspection by the county. I'm told one thing on Friday by Mr. Ruderman and now Eric Beckner, says the window is installed properly... go figure! Did I mention that the marble window sill in our master bedroom AND master bathroom had to be replaced because the installers broke the window sill... Also, the "stucco" originally used to repair the outside of our master bathroom window, was literally wiping off and never properly set... this had to be completely removed and repaired... (Thank you David!) On Tuesday, August 7, "David" with Paradise showed up and was shocked as to the condition of my windows. Of all the people I dealt with at Paradise, David, was the only person who did something right! He apologized emphatically and when the Paradise installers came in, he supervised them to "make things right" before the county inspector showed up. My inspection passed... David oversaw the crew making the final corrections... there are still a few items that I noticed after the crew left, that I informed David about and he said he'd come by and take care of them.... to date, I still have not heard from Daniel Beckner. Shame on anyone who pays Paradise the full amount before their work is completed.

Found Paradise Exteriors on homeadvisor. Made an appointment with their sales rep Danny S. He really impressed me with his presentation. Spoke with 3 other companies before choosing Paradise. What made me choose Paradise was the professional presentation by Danny S, the great price, & the results of the installation were exellent! Highly recommend their install crew called, "The Family." Very clean & professional job! Thankyou very much Paradise Exteriors!

I did my research all the companies and the one i found out is the top of the line for me is Paradise Windows. I really appreaciate the double life warranty which means lifetime of the homeowner as oppose to the product, which they clearly explain to you. I am SUPER HAPPY. Thank you Paradise Windows , I truly feel in Paradise now!

Experience from starting to finish was very professional. Keith did a great job from the beginning. The windows looks great, added value to the home. Noise level reduces a lot and Ac works a lot less. The Installers were very professional and cleaned up after. They were very detailed and product looks finished. Inspection was very easy, no issues.

The salesman was a nice young man named Joseph--very kind and punctual, His boss kept calling many times and interrupting during the two sessions we met to coach him (I guess) and talk to me about the great discount deals he had. After 35 minutes of the first presentation, i asked the salesman to measure the windows and give me an estimate. He said I had to sit through the entire presentation before he could do that. We rescheduled. He came again the next day to continue and started where he had left off. After 40 minutes his boss called again and he states that he felt rushed. His boss called him again. Then he asked me personal questions about my electric bill and how many people lived here. I found that unnecessary. His boss called again and wanted to speak to me again. I refused and asked for a quote. The boss ordered Joseph to leave. As I told the young man, his presentation and their sales tactics were a combination of used cars salesmen or good salesman and better manager and a Mormon Missionaries tableau, who at least have a noble purpose to save a soul. I was not happy and say this as total waste of time. They may be great company, but their approach to sales is very poor, heavy handed and obnoxious.

Salesman: Miles WIlson Company: Paradise Exteriors Service: Hurricane Windows I had the pleasure of working with Miles Wilson from Paradise Exteriors. My experience with the company was an "A" before I met with miles and then an "A" when meeting with him, The company has clearly been in business for a very long time and has a specific process for which they do things. I did not understand some parts of their process at first (I.E. requiring both myself and my wife to be there during the estimate and presentation). But after going through that process it became clear why that was something the company required. I appreciate a company's attention to detail and thoroughness, this leads to a smoothler process and much less like-li-hood of mistakes. Miles was an outstanding employee. He gave a thorough presentation, answered every question I had, and put absolutely no pressure on me to move further with the project. I asked pretty specific and tough questions and I could tell based on how he responded that he understood his business, prices, risks/rewards to every decision making. There was no skirting my questions because 1. he didn't know or 2. his company was trying to over-charge me for a service. Ultimately (after many estimates), I decided not to purchase hurricane windows this year. That is an expense that will have to wait till next year. But when I move forward with the project next year, I will be calling miles for his service. Warmest Regards, C.K

The presentation estimate took aprox. 2.5-3hrs to present their top of line product! Thinking I did my homework and getting 2 other estimates I thought it was a competitive estimate! To my utter dismay I was so very wrong & now feel I got shammed! They will go on and on to get a sale! My spouse is a pilot so when he got back in town he looked around and found other more resonable estimates at half of the cost! Same impact windows with all the bells and whistles with only the one item this company provides that no other company has available to them. After calling back this company to request a refund to the $300 that I had on deposit I was told by the head guy there that it was cashed and used to pay his employees for their "paperwork" they had drawn up! Seriously?!? I asked what paperwork that I had nothing but a presentation folder! Nothing was ever finalized! He told me that he would send out another salesman, I asked again about my refund, nothing! Same salesman came out showed us this bottem line window without all the fanfare as before! We told him sorry but were not interested anymore because we found same product for half the cost even asking for a price match which he said the company will not budge! He then stated THAT AFTER 3 DAYS THE COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND ANY DEPOSITS MADE! But that " he would refund us back our money out his own pocket within 10 business days!" It has been 2 weeks! I would also like to state that this company accused us of not being home on a day that they say they sent out a rep to take measurements! Not only did the woman who called us state the wrong city where our home is located but had the wrong telephone contact number! They had the nerve to patronize us to say if you go into GPS and put one city that it goes to ths same address! This really left us with a bad feeling about the responsibilty and confidence in this company!

I live literally over the water in South Florida and suffered water intrusion during Irma. The sales rep, after examining the situation, was totally honest that, in my case, no windows and doors could be guaranteed to prevent water intrusion and it would be a waste of money to do other than seal (caulk) the windows from outside, windows which we never open anyway. A very honest appraisal from a company which could, arguably, have presented me with a substantial bill for replacements. I would recommend them to anyone.

I felt like I had a used car salesman in my home. I made an appointment for an estimate, didn't realize that I was signing up for a full-blown PowerPoint presentation which included being put on the spot with questions, I didn't sign up to get quizzed. He was more interested in finding out what it would take to close the deal today way before he even made it to discussing our needs, taking measurements and quoting prices. To begin with, the appointment was pushed back 1 hour and 20 minutes from the originally scheduled time because the salesman was delayed, we understood and agreed to the later time but he was 20 minutes late on top of that! It was raining and he didn't wipe his feet in my doormat so he trekked in water and dirt into my house. He had the nerve to call my children "little helions" when discussing the accidental breakage coverage that they offer. Who in their right mind expects to close a sale by insulting the customer's children?! Why would he assume that they are "helions" just because they are young boys when they were well behaved the entire time he was here! Meanwhile, he is sliding the window sample all over my dining room table, I was less interested in what he had to say and more worried about my table getting scratched! More than once I said "I signed up for an estimate, not a sales pitch" yet it took a while before we got to the prices, and once we did, he was quoting a door I didn't want because his prices had no breakdowns, I didn't find that out until the end of the conversation. From the very beginning, I said I was interested in 5 windows and 1 door. I stated that we were not looking at replacing our front door at this time because we won't qualify for an insurance discount anyway since we have skylights. Despite knowing that we weren't interested in a front door, he snuck that into the project anyway. Even after I told him to take out the door, he STILL included that in the project when he called the office to tell them what discount "we wanted". It felt too much like when I am haggling over a car and the salesman says "let me talk to my manager", I wasn't trying to haggle over windows, I was upfront that we were not planning on ordering today and just wanted to know what we needed to budget for. He quoted a monthly financing price without knowing what interest rate we would be approved for, he didn't admit that until I inquired about the interest rate, that felt too deceptive as I want details, breakdowns, disclaimers and fine print. In the end, I didn't get the written estimate I was expecting, all of the writing in the fancy looking booklet that he brought was for internal use only, I could "take a picture of the price". If he can't be bothered with writing an official estimate, even if he had to send it by email the next day, I am not interested. I apologized for wasting his time and while he was cordial in his speech, he had the nerve to slam my front door on his way out leaving us with a very unprofessional impression of this company.

When they called to ask when they could come get us an estimate, I told them that my wife might have agreed to use a competitor and that I would have to get back to him. Within 3 hours, this guy calls me back and says "spoken to your wife yet??". Shortly thereafter, I spoke to Paradise and told them that we found someone else to do the work? Did they stop calling me? NO! They call my phone at least 3 times a day, for what is going on for weeks. I even picked up one of the calls and reiterated that we were using someone else and to stop calling me. Instead, of saying "great and thank you" or "sorry for all the calls" they questioned me on who I was using. I am not sensitive to being a good salesman, a lot of my job is sales...but this is ridiculous. Lastly, in my experience, I have found that the companies that are this aggressive, do not have the most reasonable costs for doing the work....because someone is clearly is getting a commission for badgering potential customers like me. So if you are serious considering using Paradise, I would highly suggest your get a second quote as you will probably find a better deal elsewhere, but God forbid if you decide not to use these guys....because they will call you like you owe them money.

Very well from beginning to end. Very punctual. Always called ahead and worked according to promised schedule. Sales person to installers and final inspection was all done in a timely and professional manner. Also, the installers were very clean and didn’t leave any dust or debris after the job. That is very important to me.

Saw Paradise Exteriors at the West Palm Beach home show at the convention center. Was in the market for new hurricane-proof windows. Got prices from 2 other companies before deciding on Paradise. The difference was their higher quality product. James Polnac explained to us, in great detail, the difference between aluminum frame windows, vinyl windows, & modified virgin vinyl, energy-efficient impact windows, which is what they have an exclusively in their soft-lite window. It is the most air tight window. We previously had aluminum frame windows with single panes of glass. These are double-pane, insulated with laminated hurricane-impact glass. The house is so much cooler now. Used to pay $250 per month on our energy bill, but now we are only paying $200 per month sice our installation in early February. We have been using our A/C though quite often since then since the weather has been hotter, but we estimate that it will be less money per month in the cooler months of winter. We also like the security features of these windows. It is the only energy-efficient, impact window that is partnered with the national crime prevention coucil. It protects against all catagory hurricanes and burglars! It also has the longest warranty in the industry. It is warranted as long as we live in this home and if we decide to sell the home it transfers to the next homeowner. We love that. Diego's installation crew did a fantastic job. Hauled away our old windows and cleaned up everything. The city passed the inspection without any problems. We decided on the right company.

Excellent. They were perfect on everything except their representative was not at the inspection so it has to be rescheduled.

40 minutes ago We found Paradise Exteriors online along with a few other hurricane impact window companies which we obtained estimates from. Paradise is the best choice. Our salesman, Danny Sellers was very knowledgeable and knew his product well. Paradise is the only company that has windows which are partnered with the nation Crime Prevention Council. The windows are excellent and we feel safer. Work was done by their own employees, and not subcontractors. I don’t hear much noise outside anymore. I used to hear motorcycles racing at midnight and I don’t hear them any more. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and service.

Paradise Exteriors did an amazing job installing my windows, I'm very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. The installation was very fast, the staff are very knowledgable about their business. From day when I meet with Jesse Rivera I was very impressed with the company, he did an excellent job explaining the procedure, the company operations and the quality of the windows. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome, changing the windows made my house look better than I expected.

This company did a great work at my house, I had 10 new hurricane windows plus 1 new door. The crew came and in less than 4 hours everything was done. Also, they help us doing the paperwork to get the financing with the county. I only have good things to say about them.

33 minutes ago-Found Paradise Exteriors online and they called us to schedule an appointment within 30 minutes! They sent Patricia a great sales representative who really taught us a lot not only about Paradise Exteriors but the industry as a whole. We chose Paradise out of 3 other companies we talked to cuz of their higher quality products and great price. Our home was built in 1966 so we definitely needed new Windows. We highly recommend their install crew called "The Family." They arrived at 10am to start installing and were done by 2pm! They did an amazing and thorough job too! Installed all 12 of our Windows without damaging anything and kept our furniture and new floors clean! The city passed the inspection too! We love our new Windows and recommended two co-workers who bought Windows from Paradise as well. We will also pass the word along to anyone else we come across who needs impact Windows. Went very well, we had the whole duplex windows and patio sliders done 2014 and were able to finally get the doors done this time. Bill S. still working for the company came over and took care of our pricing, the paperwork to get the doors ordered, their administrative ladies did a great job keeping us informed when doors would arrive and when the guys would come over and do the install. After install, they cleaned up after themselves, Excellent Job.

Top notch people with an awesome product. We have lots of windows that would heat up the house in the afternoon and we would have to close the blinds. With the insulating effect of the new windows, you can't feel that heat anymore. My wife loves being able to easily clean the windows from inside the house. Installation went very well, with professional results and punctuality. The company is very responsive to customer questions.

Great experience from start to finish! We are enjoying a much lower electric bill and the hot spots in the house are gone. The exterior noise reduction is very noticeable and we are at ease knowing we will to need to get on the roof to put our shutters up! The installation process was quite impressive with very little disruption to our lives. The install team was neat and clean. I highly recommend Paradise Exteriors :)

We are very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of both the office staff and the installation staff. The installation staff is very prompt, polite and efficient. All old material was cleaned up and removed from the property. We are very pleased with the look of our beautiful new windows.

The install went okay. They kept getting the wrong sliding glass door but on the 4th try, they succeeded. Unbeknownst to us our windows were leaking. It took Hurricane Irma to provide the proof that the windows were anything but airtight. We had water damage to our walls and baseboards but it was in our master bedroom where we have carpet that our big problems began. We splash when we went to the windows during the storm. We spent our time wringing out towels after towels. When we moved furniture we saw black mold on our baseboards, proof that the windows have been leaking for a while. The long and short is that the company couldn't figure out the cause of the leak. The sent us a three-page letter containing press releases stating windows can leak. Really, why didn't you tell us this at the time of sale? The owner came out and assured us he'd get back to us but weeks past and calls went unanswered until a letter sent to our lawyer from his saying they will only remove and fill the screws and recaulk the windows and we have to sign off on it. We are preparing to take them to court even if Mr. Beckner thinks he can win which he told us on several occasions. We are also filing a complaint to the State Licensing Board. Beware. A+ ratings here and on BBB. Don't you believe it.

Was searching for window companies online to get estimates. Over the course of several months spoke with about 15 companies before deciding on Paradise Exteriors. Paradise just seemed to be the most professional and also had the best quality window. Bill the sales representative was very curteous, knowledgeable, professional & friendly. His window product presentation was very informative & detailed. He impressed me the most out of all the other reps I saw. Got 11 windows & 3 doors replaced. The installers installed everything in 2 days. After they were done I couldn't even tell that they were here other than the new windows & doors! They cleaned up everything meticulously! Have noticed a big difference in my energy bill with these new windows. It stays cooler inside the house now. My air conditing does not work as hard as it used to. I used to have to have it at 72 degrees and now we can keep it at around 75-76 degrees. Plus the fact that the house looks so much more beautiful. The inspection from the city that Paradise Exteriors scheduled for me passed with no problems. Have recommended & will recommend Paradise Exteriors to friends & anyone else I run into that needs windows or doors. Thankyou!
