Very well. Everyone was professional and I love the product.

My experience with this company has been absolutely horrible! I haven’t even had my widows installed yet, but we have been dealing with Paradise since April and still have not received our service of install. They took our deposit and refused to refund it and this is why we cannot walk away from the job with them. They have lied to us, blamed other employees for errors and communication issues, tried to change the price on us several times, and we are still waiting for the darn windows! I advise anyone to RUN AWAY from paradise. This company is anything but paradise in my opinion!!

Everything went like clockwork. Paradise installers came on time and worked until the job was completed. They explained the features of the windows and everything that was promised was fulfilled. We had one small issue which was corrected immediately. These windows are beautiful, functional and I definitely recommend Paradise Exteriors!

From the moment the installers arrived, they were none stop. First, they went around to make sure that everything was done to their specifications (on my part) which of course was. They then started to cover everything in each room with plastic and made sure it was secured. At the same time the windows were being placed outside to their respective places for installation. It was amazing to see how many steps they went through for each window. Everything had to be perfect before installing each window and all I can say is I'm truly appreciative of their work ethic and workmanship, you could see they took pride in what they were doing. They worked like an assembly line, each person had their respective role. I would recommend Paradise Exteriors to everyone. You can tell that the entire team that you come in contact with appreciates and values their customers and take pride in their products. Once they were completed, one of the contractors walked me through each room and showed me the finished product, as well as how, easy they are to open, close and the locking system. It may be an expensive project but it's definitely well worth it. I feel very safe now knowing I don't have to worry about having my hurricane shutters put up and take down for every storm. All I can say is Thank you to them for piece of mind. It's much appreciated.

Excellent, very easy and smooth. In one day they came in and covered everything, installed the windows and cleaned up after. It was like they weren't even here, yet now we have beautiful new windows and so much value in both equity and savings. I'm overjoyed with the entire process.

Great Customer service, high quality material, the workers were very professional, very responsible company, punctual and responsible. Great experience, referred them to my family members. Company even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

The installation went well and the work was completed in two days. I was very pleased with the clean up afterwards and the entire job looked quite professional. My compliments to the workers and staff at Paradise Exteriors for a job well done.

Excellent. The installation crew seemed to work very well together. Each installation crew member had their own job and seemed to know what they were doing. It’s quieter inside with my new windows. The newspaper delivery used to wake me up in the morning, and now with the new windows, I don’t hear the thumping anymore—which is great, because I’m not a morning person.

Ridiculous high pressure sales, tell you they are going to give you a discount then jack up the price so high it is ridiculous, they keep you in discussion back and forth with phone calls to the company, felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman,,,they went from five digits to four in a matter of minutes when I told them no way, Stay away!

I don’t recommend them. I felt so pressured into signing a contract with them. Oddly, the estimate started at 33k$ for 9 windows all measuring 53 by 63. At then of the presentation from 33k$ they went down to to 13k. That was a red flag for me. I went with ASP windows and they did not force me into signing anything. They just gave me an estimate and for all 9 windows I’m at 10k including all permits and fees. Therefore, I would recommend Paradise Exteriors..

I love using Angie's List for finding various home improvement companies, but I'm very confused how this company has such a high rating on here. Unfortunately (or fortunately for me) I didn't even get to meet with anyone. I called today to schedule an appointment and see if someone could come out to my home and give me an estimate on new impact windows and doors. I told the lady that my wife would not be available for the meeting, but that I can make any and all decisions regarding these types of improvements. She went ahead and scheduled my appointment for tomorrow at 9:00. About an hour ago, I received a call from the gentlemen that is supposed to meet with me asking if both my wife and I would be present. I informed him that my wife is working but that I can make any decisions with regards to the improvements. He went on to inform me that they would like both spouses present as they have a lot of different material they review, and they want to show the quality of the product and their work. I know how this works. I've already had another company that pressures both spouses to be at home. Why? Because they want to try and hard sell you right then and there after a long 2.5 - 3 hour presentation. I'm sorry but my wife is busy working, and we have a small child to attend to, and don't have that amount of time to fully dedicate to a sales pitch. I am more than happy to sit through these in order to at least get a few different contractors on my final list. I like to do the initial screening to weed out those that I know I will not like to do business with, and then review those options with my wife for a decision. These companies obviously know this and don't want you comparing. They want to pressure you into buying something right there on the spot (take a multi-thousand dollar decision) without doing your due diligence. This is like if I were to go to buy a car and just buy the first one I saw. Sorry, not going to happen. Unfortunately for this company they lost my business even before I met with them. I'm sure they're ok with this, they are obviously doing fine getting customers. I'll continue my search for a company that would rather skip the sales tactics and allow a customer to do their homework and choose a contractor based on the quality, value, and merits of the company vs. hard selling them.

Aggressive and Unethical! I asked for an estimate from this and several other companies for hurricane impact windows through a referral service. I received a call from a sales rep to set an appointment, and while talking got a bad vibe, so I told them I did not want to schedule an appointment at this time and would call back if my needs changed. The negative reviews I read afterwards on their aggressive sales tactics reinforced my gut feeling. I have since been inundated with calls from many different numbers, mostly from Pahokee, from this company. The first call I received I spoke to a person and told them I was not interested. I received an e-mail and wrote back I was not interested and not to contact me. I received two additional calls I accepted and told the lady I spoke to I was not interested. Since then I am receiving daily calls from various Pahokee numbers, as well as local and distant area codes that are traced to Paradise. As soon as I block one, another one comes. STAY AWAY.

I had both windows and door installed and overall, I’m extremely happy with the work done and the quality of service. I had a couple small problems after installation, but the Paradise team fixed one of the doors jamming and the reinstalled the screen that was not fitting. I’ve noticed a difference in the amount of heat that comes in through the windows and doors, and also the noise reduction in my home. I highly recommend.

Specifically to the Angie's List Integrity Censors as well as to the General Public I am writing this review of my PERSONAL experience with Paradise Exteriors. I post this so that no one else should ever have to suffer what I have been suffering due to the actions of this company and its employees. My experience: Prior to October 1, I stored all my valuables (including Christmas presents for my adult children) in my drawers and MB closets. October 1, between 9:45 AM and 7:30 PM FIVE P.E. installers removed old windows and installed 16 windows and three sliding glass doors (cost $32,000). At 4:00 PM, another crew of four came to my home with their truck. As I was in the back with a few of the members of that crew asking why they were there, the plastic garbage bags in front of my home were no longer there when I looked after this discussion. Then after October 1, I had to file a report with the local police (Coral Springs Case # 18-010486.). For Christmas, my children received copies of the receipts for the items that had been stored (supposedly safely hidden) in a closed box in my MB closet. Now Angie's List Integrity People, I am willing to take a polygraph if that is what it takes in order to tell the public to remove all the valuables from their homes prior to impact window installation by this company. I would also advise the public to have the permit inspection written into the contract as being performed within 5 business days of the installation. Unfortunately, my permit wasn't closed until November 28, 2018 after the October 1 installation. I base all this information purely on my own experience. I am willing to send copies of my contracts and all communications with this company to anyone who is considering this company. I was informed this morning that a subpoena is going out to the President of this company as he has not responded with the names and contact information of the installers who "took care" of my home. It was very easy to set this up when I called the agent made an appointment for me for somebody to come to my house and measure and advise me of some prices. I originally told them that I want to pay no more than $7000. What the lowest they could go into $7800. I reluctantly agreed which I should have stuck to my original $7000. The windows are very good quality and they look nice. I will be calling them back again to do my sliding glass doors but I will stick to my price.

Just had some windows installed in my house by Paradise Exteriors. All in all, this was a GREAT experience! The whole process was explained to me completely; they answered any questions or concerns that I had. They further exceeded my expectations by keeping me updated constantly so I always knew what was happening and when. On installation day, Esteban and the install team showed up on time and were very professional. They went to work right away, doing an amazing job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They were diligent and had an awesome attention to detail. When they were done, they cleaned up completely; leaving my house nice and neat. Paradise Exteriors knocked this out of the park - what an awesome experience!
