We haven't put the windows to the test (thankfully), but everything went well and everything looks perfect! We did the whole second story of our house and we plan to use this company again when we do the first floor. We had a lot of windows and the crew just tackled it all in that 1 day.

The installers were quick, professional, neat and they were really very nice. The windows are wonderful and perfect—they really make the house look so different! I would overall recommend this company!!

Everything, from windows to doors, have been good! There was a minor leak but they came out and fixed it immediately. The process was a little long but I'm sure it happens a lot, as it is the construction industry, and it wasn't Paradise's fault. Everyone we encounted was professional and so nice! It was a true pleasure in doing business with them

I'm very much satisfied! I can tell the difference between how the house is cooler in general, where as before it was hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Everyone was perfect and super nice. You know exactly what you're getting into. They itemize everything, you know exactly what you're going to pay and how to pay it.

I just had Justin here from paradise exteriors, I chose the Barcelona window. By far the best window I have seen. Paradise was the last company that was out here and had the best quality window I have seen. I especially love the double hung feature. Justin was such a nice informative salesman the young man was honest and informative . very excited about my new windows and what paradise has to offer from what Justin has hyped you guys up to be ! -ted

The guys were actually at my house without me being there and they were punctual. They were here when they were supposed to be. The noise and the heat have really benefited from the windows. I went with Paradise because my neighbor across the street went with them and had a good experience PLUS they gave me the best quote!

From start to finish the whole process was great. The sales rep was very informative and he took the time to explain the options and cost! We are very pleased with the windows and since we've had them our electric bill has gone down and we've seen a big noise reduction. There's no reason to worry anymore when storms are approaching because we have these windows!

10/10 experience with no issues! Someone, I think his name is Gary, came out to make sure everything was okay before the inspector came out. They handled the HOA and permits smoothly. I don’t have any complaints about the windows, we’ve been experiencing so much rain and there hasn’t been a single leak.

So far the experience has been great. Originally we had another sales rep but we got Jacqueline and she helped out with the deal. She was awesome and she made our whole experience. The installers were good and they even told me what time they were going to be at house and what time they'll be done and they actually finished before that time!

I installed 11 windows and 2 doors with this company , Iâ m so happy with the results my house is completely different more beautiful and safer .. I have to thank to Carolina from the financial department and Lazaro and his team they did an amazing job ....Carolina is always available when you have any questions and she really helped me and kept me updated in every moment I have to say ... thank you to all of you !!!!

The installers were on time, clean, and tidy. I had a few estimates from 2-3 other companies at the time but Paradise offered the best price and quality.

I'm thrilled, absolutely, impressed by the teamwork that took place. The guys fought the rain. I was sick and the installers worked around me. But, I love the windows. I actually referred my boss and friends. I love the logistics of the windows! The safety as well; not only safe from hurricanes but burglars as well!!!

The products we purchased form the company, sliding glass doors and windows, were absolutely done perfectly perfect. Not one issue, leaks or anything. Miles, our rep, was a absolute sweetheart! I absolutely love him! The installers were so good.

From drab to FABulous! I am so impressed with this company...I'll be honest, I got quite a few estimates and had already made my choice, but Jeff called to confirm their appointment. I was going to cancel, but he asked me to just listen to Justin, ask any questions - no pressure. Justin Rodriguez was fabulous and taught me a few things about windows I didn't know (I thought I knew as much as I could, I was wrong). His product was superior to what I had chosen previously, and the price was better! Their team is like a well-oiled machine. Paige took care of all the HOA approvals, Kim got the permits done as fast as the pandemic would allow. Christine kept me informed with progress and installation dates, and Edger and Osvaldo headed up the team of installers that did an amazing job!! Of course, Justin kept in touch every step of the process and even did his own personal "inspection" to make sure everything was perfect!! If you're thinking about replacing your windows or doors, make sure you call them, you won't regret it!

I was very pleased with the service. Everybody was very professional. I don't open my windows a lot (it is Florida lol), so I thought one of the windows were broken and they sent someone out immediately and I was actually doing something wrong. They handled my project very well and the crew was very courteous! Thank you Paradise!

The guys that came in and installed the windows were awesome. My overall experience was honestly good! As for the company and the people who come to service the project were really good and responsive. They were very helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns I had.
