Mr. James from AZ Plumbing was very professional and went way out of his way to assist me with my hot water heater. Mr. James I found to be very honest and very helpful. Mr. James assisted me with getting a new hot water heater, since my old one was still under warranty. I would highly recommend AZ Plumbing to anyone needing their service.

Eventhough the work was done on a rental, Joe continued to communicate with me by phone and text including pictures of the job. He did his best to be as economical as possible.

Joe showed up to figure out where I had a blockage somewhere in my pipes. Ironically, when he showed up, my pipe had cleared the obstruction. Joe went out of his way to make certain that there was no more blockage. He treated me with respect even though I felt like an idiot since the problem solved itself. I would gladly use him again.

I called in the morning and Joe arrived in the early afternoon later that day. I liked that the effort was made to be available immediately even with short notice. I was asked to send a picture of the faucet that was to be replaced. Joe sent a picture of the replacement he suggested and I was able to approve his choice over the phone. He chose one that was affordable and appealing. He went right to work and although he had to spend nearly an hour to carefully remove the old unit and replace it with the new one, I enjoyed seeing that he was highly organized, knew everything about the job I needed done. We plan to remodel all 3 bathrooms in 7 to 8 months. I will have AZ be one of the 3 companies I call for suggestions and estimates.
