DO NOT USE AZ REMODELING & PLUMBING On 5/1/25 I called First American Home Warranty reported a plumbing blockage. They contracted AZ Remodeling & Plumbing for the work. They scheduled me for 5/6/25 between 8am - 12pm. I asked AZ Remodeling & Plumbing if they had any appointments sooner due to the nature of the issue and they said no. We specifically made sure to take time off work to accommodate this time frame. I was told someone would call 30 minutes prior to the techs arrival. On 5/6/25 they never called, so I called & inquired about the arrival time. No call back, so I called again at around 12pm to see if they are on the way and they informed me that they can not come until around 1:30pm and they will call me 30 minutes before they come. I let them know that will not work since we have to pick up kids from school & I asked if they can come after 3pm and they said no. They then told me that they can reschedule me for 5/12/25. Their lack of professionalism is deplorable. 0 stars

I had this plumber called out to remove clogs (which he did well) and to look at a major leak in my sprinkler system (10,000 gallons in ten days). He was late arriving. Then, while I was trying to turn the water back on to the sprinklers, he left. He claimed that I was going to be charged extra if he went over the allotted time, which makes no sense, since I can not imagine there is a specified amount of time. It felt to me more like he knew he was running late for his other calls too, so he was blowing me off. He was rude about the whole thing, and whether he was telling the truth (and I was going to be charged extra to have him do the entire job I called him out for) or he was lying to try and get home on time, I would recommend against ever using this company.

If you are using your home warranty for a plumbing issue and this company is selected to fix your issue. Contact your Home Warranty and immediately request a different service provider. This company has poor customer service for example, they will schedule an appointment with you and NO Call and No show they are also known for ordering incorrect parts to complete jobs.

Joe was very efficient and friendly! Will call AZ Plumbing if I have any other plumbing issues.
