I don't enjoy giving money away but in this case I was delighted. Repair man "Joe" came to my house and performed the service I needed at a very fair price. A very clean cut young man, very courteous and explaining everything that he was doing. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company. Joe was fantastic! He was persistent with getting in touch with me due to my extremely busy schedule. I live out of town and was driving to Naples and he wanted to make sure I had hot water when I arrived. He made himself available and communicated with me throughout the process. His work was excellent and he was very nice and professional. I will definitely call them again. The price was a little high, but I think because it was an emergency- I paid a little more. However the work performed was great.

Joe, was my plumber. Very courteous. Any recommendations were followed by any additional costs. He was very forthcoming with recommendations for future needs and ideas. Original appointment was supposed to be earlier, but he called to let me know he was running late, and gave me a more exact time of arrival. Definitely use them again.
