Description of Work: They gave me 3 financial options for fixing my water heater, from repairing it to replacing it. I choose he least expensive. At first I thought it was pretty high, but after I saw the time and work involved I realized it was a good deal. It's working fine now.

Description of Work: Tried to charge us $1,000 for 2 new bathroom faucets because he couldn't get the cartridges out, was going to throw in a toilet for free (suspect). I called Aztec Plumbers, they got the cartridges out on the first try, repaired one faucet for $300. Seemed like a con job to us.

Hi [Member Name Removed], we have tried to reach you to discuss the misunderstanding with no response back. Here at Eco Plumbers we believe in providing the best possible customer service and one of the many things we require our techs to do is provide all our customers with OPTIONS. I know its unconventional for service tech’s to provide multiple estimates but we believe this better informs our customers and help's to make a smarter buying decision. Below are the options that was presented to you. Option 1- $214.33 to repair faucet (Aztec was considerably more) Option 2-$565 to replace faucet with new 8” spread faucet. Naturally since your counter top is drilled for a 8” spread faucet we have to replace with an equal and they are more expensive than a standard 4” spread faucet. This also included a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Option 3-$975.00 was to do the same faucet replacement as above and install a high efficiency toilet, all backed with our 1 year parts and labor warranty. I can see where if not presented properly this may have caused confusion and apologize. We will take the necessary steps to make sure our tech's are more clear on what they are presenting in the future.
