"Mrs. Miller reported a pool leak more than 10 Months into her warranty. Said the leak started 1 week ago. We sent a pool leak company to test. The leak company determined the leak was caused due to homeowner cutting the pool safety vent pipe behind the pool and burring it without consulting with a pool expert, which she admitted to doing in an email. The $294 bill for the test and repair from the leaked company was sent to her to pay. Upon receiving the bill she sent an email threatening to slander Celebrity Pools if we did not cover the cost under warranty for the leak she caused. We explained to her that the pool warranty does not cover actions caused by others. The next day there was a flurry of reviews on every site. There have been 15+ negative comments/reviews have been made so far by her."
